I was at work had someone pick up an order for.me I did ONLINE. I ordered steak got chicken, and chips NO chips. I called to see about a credit because I'm stuck at work. Because not getting what I ordered I clearly overpaid. The 12 yr old on the phone told me they cannot credit me anything but they can fix it if I bring it back to the store. Well thanks so I lost money and didn't get what I ordered lost my business because clearly 12 yr Olds cannot read a ticket. I have the ticket that was on my sub and it's exactly as ordered on the ticket, just NOT what was in the bag..

Started my order and pulled out the coupon and the guy fixing the sandwich, presumably the owner, said "we don't take those" and I asked why not. He replied "if you would have read the bottom it says only at participating locations" with a snide rude attitude. So I walked out the door. Go to another subway where you're treated with respect.

We had given up hope trying to find a decent Subway in Anderson until we were blessed to stumble upon this gem! The staff (Nikki and a cool rocker dude who’s name I didn’t get ?) was welcoming and incredibly friendly - especially to my children! They were efficient, didn’t skimp or overload on meats, cheeses or toppings and again, so kind!There are three Subways that are closer to us but we will be driving the extra miles to come here from now on!
