I just had a wisdom tooth out and I thought it would be a great idea to order a bowl. I asked for no seeds and they covered it in seeds. When I called them to get it corrected, they hung up on me and left the phone off the hook.

My gym friends and I enjoy coming to tropical smoothie cafe after our workout. So as a Galentine gift , i wanted to gift 4 of my friends with a gift card . When I tried to purchase the gift cards in store, i was informed by an employee that they could only do one $25 gift card per customer per day . Meaning that i would have to purchase 1 gift card the day of and come back a different day for another one . To me that doesn’t even sound right or make sense ,and if it is there policy , then why isn’t it on the website or posted somewhere in store . The associate told me that i could still purchase at least one today , but i informed him that it would defeat the purpose . So instead i decided to gift my friends with smoothie king instead .

y'all some real dummies, i have been customizing my orders here for years and they all the sudden decide to tell me they “can’t” anymore when I quite literally can go online RIGHT now and customize my order. I am making their life easier from ordering a damn 6 ingredient drink to ONE INGREDIENT. Yall some haters and I hope whoever lied on tropical smoothie has to answer to God one day ????????
