The service was good but the food wasn't that great. My eggs were over cooked, my waffle was soggy, and I didn't get the tomatoes I asked for. I love waffle house but I don't think I will go back to this one any time soon

Don't care about the memes, still the best for the price.
I order hash brown bowl add onion and peppers, the cook mess up my order and I saw she didn’t add onions so I ask her to add onions and let her know it was okay bc the waiter call out more orders at one time. She then proceeded to be rude and tell me she been doing that for 20 years and she had it. I told her it was okay and she was confused bc so many orders were called out at one time and it’s no need to be rude and argue bck and forth bc I didn’t mean any harm. The UNIT MANAGER came out the bck and told to be quiet and don’t say anything bck he heard everything and she fixing my order! That was totally unprofessional bc the cook mess my order up and as a manager if you heard the employee being rude and arguing with customers that’s no way to handle customer especially if I wasn’t rude. I then ask for corp number and he refuses to give it to me

Came for a pit stop on my way to Atlanta, and left satisfied with exceptionally delicious yet simple soul food .Even though it was a busy Sunday morning, the staff were a well-oiled machine and delivered my sausage, egg and cheese hash brown bowl with speed and friendly service.The waiter was kind, and the back end staff are cookin’ with gas.This is exactly how a Waffle House experience should go.Thank you!

Second time coming here. Whole different staff. Placed our order and the waitress walked up to the cook but never called out our order. Instead she went to the back for about 10 minutes. She then came out and called out our order. She never came to refill drinks. When we got our food it was wrong. My husband ordered double hashbrowns with mushrooms, ham and onions. I ordered a single order with onions. The hashbrowns on my plate were the single order with the mushrooms, ham and onions. My husbands order just had onions. As I went to pick the mushrooms out of mine they were ice cold. I took it to the front counter and explained my disgust with the lady. She got the cook and had her come hear me out. She was willing to recook our food. I simply asked for us to not be charged for the hashbrowns. They were good with that. I went back to the table and cut into my eggs and there was a long black hair cooked into it. By that point we were absolutely over it and decided to leave. We will not be going back.
