The food was hot and on a timely manner. 2024 the only thing that changes is the people. This is the only waffle house in Anderson SC that I will go to. The food is always hot. And the employees are always nice. Even though I seen some nasty customers. They do their job.
Tried to eat here with an elderly grandparent, unable to sit at the high top. Staff refused to open 1/2 of the restaurant (that had 4 open accessible seating options) despite our request for accessible accommodations. Frankly, this goes again ADA guidelines. I love Waffle House but am disappointed in this experience and feel that it should be addressed. I’m certain it is not only my family who has experienced this inability to enjoy a meal, due to inaccessible seating.

Everything went well. The only reason for the 4s is because my egg wasn't done and someone was sweeping near me while I was eating. I can't stand that so I ended up not eating a large portion of my food.

Everybody in this waffle house was angry and taking it out on customers. Only 2 of the employees were not angry and one was the elderly lady waitress that was being nice and the other was the cook that came in after my food was ordered.

My family stopped in on Christmas day We were traveling to nyc when we stopped in my family had a bad experience prior at another waffle house and i explained that to a nice older lady at the register they cooked our food literally to perfection every last bit of it down to the toast and you guys dont know how much it meant to us to just eat some good food on our long journey we might never end up back in the area but i wanted her to know how much her attentiveness was appreciated and the extra cup of ice got us thru north carolina ? thank you so much happy new year

Crystal our waitress was very polite and nice.The only problem with the food was, they charge .50cents for toppings for the hash brown, I asked for sauteed onions not raw ones and I also got the ham (can't remember the terminology) I got like 4 cubes of ham.I only brought the raw onions to her attention and she took the easy way out to say she'll remove the onions from the bill AN ENTIRE .50CENTS WHOOOO HOOOO.I'm a flight attendant and also been in customer service for more than 20 years and I think the proper thing to do was offered to bring me sauteed onions. It probably was a training thing because like I said she was really nice to us. She did apologize also though.

All waitresses were great, cook did hash browns on a frying pan so grease of bacon and sausages don't mix, it was perfect (high thumbs for the cook)Waitress Lori, cheerful and all the time smiling (always checking if anything missing)
