This is probably the worst wendy’s ive ever been too. They’re obnoxiously slow so dont expect for it to be “fast food”. I also ordered delivery and it said it arrived and well shockingly enough. It didnt. I got a refund and redelivery through doordash and not to my suprise at all the food still didnt show up. When i tried calling them to figure out the situation. The phone would ring and then hang up. After calling a couple times, it wouldnt even ring just go straight to dial tone. Do not recommend ordering from here or even going here.

I ordered a single online when I got my sandwich. It was supposed to have lettuce, tomato mayonnaise and onions, pickles and no cheese when I picked up my sandwich it was lettuce, onions and meat no bun no tomato no fork no knife and the lady in charge was in a very bad mood. .I haven’t made it back to the store yet but as soon as I finish in my doctors office, I will return I will share what happened after I try to reason with the lady it’s in a bad mood. Prayers appreciated.The young man at the window was very very kind. I’m sorry he had to work for such a grumpy employer.

This wendys has become the worst wendys in Anderson, I sat in the drive thru line for 30 min before I received food. Then the worker slung the bag out the window at me. This drive thru is always this slow.

Ordered a Salad, cashier asked us to pull up with no reason to the wait and then forgot about us and we couldn't go in becausethe lobby was closed, no one ever came out. Frustrated and15 minutes later I go back to drive thru window to ask about my food waited another 15 minutes to get back to the window. I asked for a refund because by that point it wasnt clear to the wait and what was going on with the food. I asked why did our food take so long? Cashier asked their manager and manager stated it was to thaw out the egg for the cobb salad.REALLY? They couldn't tell me that when ordering instead of making me wait 30+ minutes. Manager and cashier didn't acknowledge the inconvenience, there was no apology or consideration for the fact that we waited forever and wasted so much of our time. Most ridiculous excuse to hold our food and no communication whatsoever!

This is the dirtiest fast-food restaurant I have ever been in. The lobby and kitchen floors had food all over them. The "hard-to-reach" areas like corners and under tables had dirt and visibly old food left in them. I will not be back to this Wendy's or go through its drive-thru. The saddest part of it all is that the GM was sitting in the filthy lobby and not doing anything about it. The lady who took our order was nice and the only reason i gave service 2 stars.

Ordered two baconator meals and a Dave single. Got one baconator with no bacon and two Dave’s singles. When I came back is the first time they decided to inform me that they didn’t have bacon and asked to replace it. When we pulled up we heard them say “they’re here because their order is wrong” so I know they know what they were doing. Bad service overall and employees had a bad attitude.
