I will never order from here again! I went through a drive thru to order my food. First the guy who took my order seemed like he hates his job. His tone was not friendly at all. When I got to the window to pick up my food, I was not greeted at all. He charged my card, gave it back and immediately left. I thought he went to get my food, but a different girl came to the window to hand me my food. I said thank you, and she said nothing in return, and just handed me my food. The drive thru staff was very off putting with no enthusiasm or manners. When I got home to eat my food, I found someone’s nasty press on nail in my food. This makes me not want to buy fast food ever again! Why is no one wearing gloves!? Certain things shouldn’t be allowed if you’re working with food. ??

Last time I went through the drive through here I ordered two double burgers and one single. They gave me three singles instead. They also overcharged me but since they didn't give me a receipt I had no way to prove it.

food was cold and I ask for it fresh I ask for a Dr Pepper and got a diet drink . I am not sure what is going on but it seem as if no one care about costumer services anymore . with the way this world is going with everything going up when people spend they hard earn money please make sure the food is correct and hot .. never again

DO NOT COME HERE . Crazy she got another job in customer service , her name is ebony while she worked at bojangles she got into a argument with one of her coworkers calling her a dirty black rat , taking time off her time clock . Another manger had to come in and fix the young lady’s time or she was going to lose money . I can’t believe she really went to another restaurant knowing how awful of a person she is . Unless you don’t want to be called out your name do not come here .

Normally, I know what I get with fast food and I usually don’t write bad reviews. However, at 5:30 pm Nov 27,2023 the lady running the drive thru was horrendous. We corrected her on the order 7 times. I don’t know if she was on drugs or really just didn’t want to be there, but our whole entire order was wrong. We went to order 3, 10-piece nuggets and she said we only have 4,6,10. My husband said yes… I want the 10, but three of them. She said so you want 3 4 piece nuggets? No! We wanted 30 total. A plane burger for my child we stated plain multiple times and she rang it up as cheese. The only thing I asked for off of mine was mayonnaise and instead it was the only thing on it. $40 bucks of food not going to be eaten. I tried to call for management (again I never do because I know service industry is rough). Busy tone every time. With kids in the back we just wanted to get them home and fed and stupidly didn’t check to make sure. Why do people like this even work there? You can literally work for a plant job and not have to interact with people and still hate your job. I hope somebody or the owner sees this. I don’t want anything free, just a calm discussion over the situation.
