AVOID this Zaxbys at all costs, especially at night! I don't know what kind of customer service courses (if any) they took but WHEW!!! Everybody looks and sounds so unhappy! The cooks are the only ones that are in the zone and working hard to please their customers but the front staff need a lot of work!

I ordered for delivery. Only half of my order was delivered. I called the store, and was told that I had to come in for a refund. I paid $7.00 delivery fee, so I wanted that refunded. I was told that I had to call back after 2 to speak with a manager because they were all too busy!!! Totally unacceptable!!! Never again!

Stopped by to get a quick dinner. I went thur the drive thru. Wait time was ridiculous I sat at the window for over 10 minutes waiting for a Cole slaw. Finally got the food. Didn't look until I got home, all I can say is it was absolutely horrible. Dried out fingers, fries were awful. I don't have words to describe how bad this food was. All of it went in the trash, we had something else for dinner. Just be warned don't go to this zaxby's it's horrible.

Cashier was rude because she had to make extra effort to create two separate orders.. and I also requested to “go big” on my meal and didn’t get not the first extra fry… kiara i believe was the girls name. Poor quality for such expensive fast good…

So it's been a year and I decided to try Zaxby's out again at someone elses request. A year later and they still don't know how to make their own salad.Review from 2022:Knew the person who took out order in the drive through didn't get it right so when we pulled up to the window we thought we would do damage control by correcting the order. Still managed to get the order wrong and had us park to wait on a straw and tomato. Had to eventually walk in and just ask since it was taking so long. They even had the nerve to try and charge me an additional fee for the tomato they forgot. The icing on the cake is that while I was up at the counter ANOTHER person came up with the wrong order and after the whole interaction the two other people waiting in line just left.

I usually like this place & I usually get the right food. I ordered 3 meals in drive-thru & only one of them was correct. When I came back in, with the box of food and receipt in hand, still, the employees behind the counter & in the kitchen tried to insinuate that I ate some of the food they gave me all because I came back 30 minutes later. Yes, it’s my fault for not checking my bag before I left, but I didn’t realize until I got home, that’s why I came back 30 minutes later. The food that wasn’t even mine looked brown, limp, and soggy, and it didn’t even look edible. Who the hell would eat that garbage??? One of the ladies quickly fixed it & apologized for the inconvenience, however questioning me when YOU messed up makes no sense! Won’t be back, bunch of sorry workers!

Customer service inside on August 29th off of greenville st in anderson sc were extremely pleasant.However chicken wings bone in were hard and over cooked. But tasty still.Need to deep fry about 4 minutes less, so the meat is tender.

First, we got someone else's order. While waiting for our food, there were other people that had their orders messed up also. Then, we got home only to realize they gave us the wrong kind of wings.
Waited at drive thru for 30 mins, only to be told to go back around and order . They had the drive thru blocked off with a tent and no one was out taking orders. Horrible business and this place needs to be shut down. Employees are so rude.

This restaurant has just gone downhill. My wife and I stopped by today and sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes (I think we were the third vehicle in line). We thought that maybe the store was short staffed, but once we got to the window we saw 4 people in the front (we could not see in the back). The 4 people out front were just chilling and joking. I fully expect people to be able to enjoy themselves at work but not when their service and work is subpar. While they smiled and laughed with each other, we could barely get normal pleasantries. Then the food, we ordered the wings and things. The wings were hardly tossed or covered in sauce, and the fries left a little to be desired, considering it was over $20 for the two plates.It doesn't take much to be one of the better fast-food restaurants in Anderson and this Zaxby's used to be one of them, but it has a ways to go to get back to that status.

The service was awful! Asked for grill chicken Cobb salad 2 different visits and still got fried chicken. This time when I got the grilled chicken after waiting, it was so rubbery I couldn't eat it. Asked for hot fries and got them cold 20 minutes later when we received our food. The Cook argued saying he made them hot but they weren't even warm in the middle. Had to wait additional time to get our food right. We have been coming here for awhile but each time it gets worse. Last time for us. The best part is the music!

We had an issue with the location on a mobile order, and the staff at this restaurant went above and beyond to help us. The Deputy manager called the other store to sort out the issue out and was so nice to us. I honestly can’t fault them! The food was hot and delicious and quick.
Got loaded chicken bacon ranch fries, it was fresh and perfect, thanks guys!
