I usually go here and get the 6 piece chicken with all fries and a coke and it was terrible I'm not sure if it's new owners or what I never really had a problem before but the last 3 times it hasn't been very good the chicken tenders were way smaller my food was not hot just not happy at

My husband went tonight to drive through. Ordered family pack, specifically said I do not boneless wings tossed in any sauce but asked for buffalo garlic and sweet and spicy on the side. He got home all wings tossed in buffalo no side sauces. So can't feed whole family too much trouble to go back

Every time I go the chicken is never fresh and never have enough sauce on them. I’m kinda sad because I love zaxby but this is not it.
LESS THAN A 1 STAR REVIEW... I was eating my salad when I bit down and found this gold safety pin with beads in my Grilled Chicken Salad... when I confronted the manager he insisted they are not responsible for the safety pin with beads found in my grilled chicken cobb salad... they even suggested I put the gold safety pin with beads in my own salad myself!!! They refused to take any responsibility and refused to give any refund! I am totally disgusted this was in my grilled chicken cobb salad AND he totally refused to address the issue! #Zaxby #andersonsc #grilledchickensalad

We came in after church about 10:30 AM, and we had to wait to order as they had a technology issue. The assistant manager provided great customer service and very apologetic for our wait time that he even gave us a small discount. As we about to leave the restaurant, I realized I didn’t get my cookies we paid for. The team member was about to give me cookies that were no longer in service time. The assistant manager stepped in and gave us fresh ones. I don’t typically give reviews, but it’s uncommon for Zaxby’s to have CFA like customer service. Credit to the assistant manager!
