Stopped by for lunch which was fortunate as they are only open from 11-2 Monday thru Saturday. The son runs the front of the house, Mom has the kitchen. Wife and I had gyro wraps and what a treat! Huge wrap for only $7.50!! Next time I will try one of the specials, Only hints for improvement are to pressure wash the exterior and the interior walls could use a bit more attention by the tables. Overall a great experience, across the street from Beaufort Memorial Hospital ER, Will be back soon.

Wonderful food! Great family! Everyone makes you feel like you are part of their family.

All of the food was delicious but I wish there were more drink options. That didn't ruin the great experience though!

This is delicious and yes you need to go there. Do not be in a hurry, they are a son and mother working very hard. It's always busy and from tables and to go orders. Also be prepared to find parking elsewhere or they to be closed for the day. The food is good and sells out fast. I recommend trying to get in early in the day.

Absolute gem of a mom and son place serving fresh, quality, authentic Greek food. Have never had better moussaka. If I lived around here it would be my go-to ethnic place.

It's real Greek food at fair price. Mother and son operation. Son is a bit eccentric. I can see how north easterners mouth could cause difficulty for themselves.

Ate lunch at the Gardens and it was fantastic. Mama is in the backing making all your Greek favorites. The Mousaka was fantastic a d the stuffed grape leaves took me back to my childhood. If you want authentic Greek food, the Athenian Gardens is THE place to go.

Can't say enough good things. Authentic food, friendly service, and excellent baklava. Mother and son combo are fantastic and the food couldn't be better. We tried almost every dish on the menu and everyone was perfect. Highly recommend!

This has been a topnotch eatery in Beaufort for years and was our choice today for a tasty bite to eat while in town. The owners are extremely nice and treat the customers like old friends. I ordered spanakopita and it was so flaky and flavorful. Others ordered eggplant Parmesan, gyros, and a pita with hummus. An order of baklava for dessert was the perfect ending. It was a fun experience and we will be back again and again.

This is the driest food you won't ever eat you need to bring a water Mister with you or you will choke to death on this old ancient great grandma's ride up Greek food! Drive to Bluffton and have a real meal that you will enjoy but do not go here! It is not fit for your dog!

I went here for the first time today for lunch and let me just say, YUM! The staff was very friendly and the food was absolutely incredible! My husband got the falafel gyro and I had the beef gyro. He loved his and mine was AMAZING! The meat was incredibly tender and so much flavor! Can’t wait to go back and try other menu items!

Great food and service. We love this mother/son business. They treat you like family. Every dish is a favorite but I tend toward Momma's Stuffed Vegetables or her meatloaf.

I love Greek food and this restaurant was a wonderful vacation discovery. Our favorite dishes, freshly made from authentic recipes, were just fantastic.
