Yesterday at approximately 1:00 PM I had the BEST freshest double bacon, burger, and awesome hot fries that I have had in a long time! Kudos to the staff! I know that everyone is overworked these days, but y’all managed to turn out a fantastic meal, and I truly appreciate it. Everything that was supposed to be in the bag was supposed to be in the bag and no one forgot the napkins, which happens a lot to me a drive-through’s.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 9:50 PM on Friday and was told by an employee taking out garbage they were closed. The web site stated the drive thru closes at 10:30 PM? I drove up to the door and the sign on the door showed they close on Friday at 10:00 PM. Well… why were the drive thru lights out on the menu at 9:50 PM and I’m being told by an employee they’re closed? Went down the road to Sonic and thoroughly enjoyed it! I’m done with Dairy Queen. It’s really sad…

You know I did fast food when I was in high school not really hard to push some buttons read a screen put the food together wrap it up put it in a bag and serve it not hard not hard at all. That’s why it doesn’t require a high school diploma. I ordered 4 different meals. And all of them wrong. Receipt is correct all the food wrong. And you call that toast.
