The reviews are not overstated. This place in the real deal. Their chocolate is fabulous. What they do with it is incredible. Can't remember what they call them, but we got the milk chocolate covered caramel nut candy. One of each, pecan, peanut, and cashew. Loved them, in this order...pecan, peanut, cashew. Would buy all again. The chocolate covered dried cherries is great as well. Haven't tried the fudge yet, but expecting it to he equally as good.

Service by Abigail was awful-My kids and I arrived in the evening and greeted Abigail since she was by the door but she completely ignored me and only starred at us as we walked towards the ice cream side. Abigail did not come to help us until another family walked in to get ice cream.I asked if she could add chocolate drizzle to my cup and said she can’t unless it’s a cone but I had gone in previously with the same request and had no issues. As soon as we were done paying not a single word or simply a thank you for coming. Other than receiving terrible service my kids enjoyed their ice cream.

Super cool local candy and ice cream shop. Everything was DELICIOUS! Ice cream is all handmade with fun, local names.
I went in for the first time with children and it was a little chaotic at best! Lol They handled everything great but that was the most expensive ice cream ever created! The second time i went back i ran in for something to drink because we were at a Christmas parade and I knew they had drinks. They do not carry many sugar free items at all ( I'm diabetic);the milkshakes floats and smoothies are not really an option. I asked if they had something else to drink and she said our beverage cooler was in front of the ice cream counter. Well it was a round half full cooler with canned soda and mini water bottles. I picked the diet soda and went to pay; the price for a can of soda about threw me to the floor! $2.17 i asked the attendant again and she said that was correct; so i paid and walked slowly out of an ice cream/chocolate shop to watch a Christmas parade with a $2.17 diet soda!Parking: The shop is located on a street that has very few spots on the street. You're lucky if you get one. Then you have to pay the money machine for a parking spot pass. Same with any of the other spaces all around the waterfront.
I know the owners of this fine establishment and they are very nice people to know and the food is very exquisite

If one star was an option, it's exactly what they would receive. One of their workers Abigail, chose to skip us in line to attend to a friend or family member and serve them first over a customer. I don't know how a family/friend would come before a customer but it was unprofessional and ridiculous.
