The restaurant was not busy, but yet we only saw our waitress 2 times once seated. Our drinks did not get refilled when the steaks came out, my husband and son were not ask to cut into them . The waitress left before they could check the steaks, my son ordered a medium and got a very rare steak kinda cold, my husband ordered a medium well and he got a medium that was not hot. It was sad as it was his birthday dinner and he didn't want to "bother" anyone to fix the steak. He ate the outside of the steak and i took the rest back to our motel and finished "cooking" it when heating it up in the microwave for late dinner.

We made our reservation and checked in online. The greeter mentioned that she didn't see my reservation or check in. I even showed her my text confirmation and we still had to wait 30 minutes. My steak was tough and food was cold.

I've go to your restaurant at least six times but have only eaten there once. Why?, because there is always a waiting time of twenty minutes or more. Not that busy because I can see most of the tables are empty. I was told at least once that it's because they had no servers. The lobby is full of people waiting while most of the tables are empty. This has to change. A terrible management problem!

The food was nice but the waiting time was ridiculous. My family and I arrived at this location but it was horrible. The waiting to get seated was a hour. It's like the waitresses doesn't want to have more then two table at a time. The managers goes along with it.

The food is average. The service is terribly slow. We came in today(Monday evening). The food came out after long awaited 40 minutes. Most of the servers are hiding inside and nowhere to find. Hostes just looked at me when trying to get their attention upon paying out. All in all, terrible service!!! They do not care about your time. Do not come here if you don't have 2 hrs of spare time. Hostes are useless!

WOW! I should have read the reviews and gone to OUTBACK instead. Server was also the bartender, even though we were not sitted in bar area. Didn't catch his name, funny looking mustache. I ordered fried shrimp app that were really greasy and chicken bites app that were really dry. My husband's steak and lobster tail which were both over Cooked but he happily ate them because it was late and we had already waited way too long. The only thing good were the baked potatoes and salad LoL and well anyone can bake a potatoes and throw some lettuce in a bowl. Stay away from this particular restaurant has tainted the Longhorn name.
