Gave this little gem a shot on DoorDash on my last evening in town. I love Caribbean food, I've been to Jamaica and understand what good Caribbean food is. Let me tell you without hesitation this spot understands it as well. I got the j*** chicken and the brown stew chicken. Both were outstanding. Bursting with flavor, the chicken was juicy, tender and flavorful. The red beans and rice were perfect and the cabbage was as well. Outstanding work! If I lived in the area we would be on a first name basis. You can taste love in your food, keep up the good work! Cheers!

I got the j*** chicken dinner and it was amazing! Chicken fell off the bone and was delicious. The rice and cabbage was also a great addition to the dinner and I will have to order again soon!

The food was good. Ordered from doordash.com but didn't get the full order. I was supposed to get a side of sweet plantains and it didn't come. That's down to restaurant staff not making sure the order is correct.

Haven't visited an island spot in the last 3 years, but since I moved to Beaufort in January, the first thing I did was look for West Indian food since I was born and raised in the Caribbean. New Jade provided it and it was delicious. Friendly, courteous and great service. I've been there 4-5 times in the last month with my family for food. Never a disappointment with portion sizes, price, or service. Would definitely recommend.

Great every time I keep coming back I take a 45 minute drive just for the BEST JAMAICAN FOOD
When my son and I got there we were the only ones there. Staff were kind and friendly. Food was authentic and fresh. A little un seasoned but good. We got lost in the middle of alot of takeout customers so it took us a while to get check. Otherwise it was a nice little place with a great view and great Jamaican music. Wish there was a bar too.
