Great ambiance and very informative. The tasting was quite fun and I enjoyed all of the samples - be sure to add on the premium brands to the tasting as it is worth it! A must-visit when in Beaufort!
My wife and I had a great taste test and tour today. Thoroughly enjoyed the various spirits (we had the three tastes) and the tour of the distillery. Steve was great and we liked meeting your "distillery cat" too.

Had a great tasting and tour. Loved getting to see how the spirits are made. My husband did a full tasting and I tried the rums. I did have a cocktail because I couldn't make up which to buy. He asked me how I would use it in a cocktail and made one for me it was delicious and we left with a bottle of rum for me. They take pride in using local ingredients and sustainability in the community those local pigs are enjoying the mash.
