Second time to give this Wendy's another chance. First time (over 2 months ago) I finally left after waiting at the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Three cars behind me and one in front also left. This time it was the same. Gave up and left without food Horrible service and management. This place needs the Wendy's corporation to come in and either close this place or manage it.

I went there yesterday for a quick breakfast. Ordered 2 of their new bacon, egg, and cheese english muffin sandwich. It took about 20 minutes for the food to come out even though I was the only customer there at 8am. They forgot the egg on both sandwiches. Went there today and ordered the same thing. (This is the only place near my address) This time they forgot the cheese. They thought everything was so funny. They never apologized, they just said give us the sandwiches back. Awful service. Awful people. Do better Wendys.

Management must not be too great at this location, I've visited this location 3 times in the recent 2 months and so far satisfaction is 0.5/10..1st Visit: I ordered a large Grilled chicken wrap meal, the wrap was unbelievably small compared to any other wendys so the portions seemed incorrect and I was given a medium fry instead of the Large I paid for.. 1/102nd Visit: Pulled up to Drivethru with no other cars in line mid day, 4 minutes go by, no answer so I left without lunch. 0/103rd Visit: Pulled up to Drive-thru and told I had to come inside to order, so once again left without lunch. 0/10Yes on the 3rd Visit I could have came inside but why should I have to when the Drive Thru was created for a purpose?While I do understand sometimes things can happen and things get difficult so problems happen, but for every Visit I make that's crazy. Looks like the Drive to either Point South or Bluffton is the only way I'll spend my money on this brand, its truly a shame because needing to drive up to 45minutes away if I would like a chicken wrap is crazy. At this point the location never should have been rebuilt if these are the results.

For it to be a newly built building, the inside is not clean, especially around the fountain drink area. Tables were sticky. Food was not hot. Alot of confusion among the workers about orders. Parking is tight.Parking: Parking is tight

They were horrible to my friend who picked up dinner for our other friends and they1.acted like he was a problem and we're rude and snippy2. When he asked for two large dr.pepper and a small sweet tea they got the exact opposite and when asked they said "no that's what you asked for" and he just dropped it after that3. Messed up the order all together and didn't give us straws for the wrong drinks in my advice never go here again unless you want to get the worst customer experience of a lifetime.

I had no choice but to stop going to this location because I always have to wait 30 plus minutes to get my food. I just went there today and had to wait 30-45 minutes just to tell them I had an online order which wasn’t finished when I got to the window and I was told I can only have 2 packets of ketchup because they didn’t have very much . Then i was giving the wrong burger tried to call the store back multiple times but got sent straight to voicemail. Overall would not recommend eating here, seems like they don’t care who they hire and they all move slow . I also had to wait and watch all the workers walk out the store to grab sweets from a sweets truck while everyone was waiting in line .

Paid for breakfast this morning. Was told to park. Waited 12 mins and I had to leave or I was going to be late for work. How does it take that much time for fast food?! More than likely won’t be going back to this Wendy’s!

We placed our mobile order at 11:35am 04.16.23. We tried to go inside but the doors where locked and a staff member yelled out the window to tell us the inside was closed. We parked in a mobile pick up spot instead and waited 45 minutes and no one came to ask us anything or let us know anything. We then went through the drive through to tell them we had a mobile order. The teenager in the window told us to pull around to the second window. We get to the second window and they didn't even know who's order we were picking up after he had already told them. We give them a name again and we wait another 15 minutes. They apologize and then close the window again for another 15-20 minutes before a manager comes to the window and asks us if we are a DoorDash person. We tell her again that we are here for our mobile order. She them claims she cannot give us our order because it wasn't cashed out. We show her our app receipt and our bank out transaction because she did not believe we paid. They then had an attitude and proceeded to let us know we had to put around to the same mobile spot we had just came out of. We wait another twenty minutes and then we finally get our food. We we're missing a drink and we got the wrong sauces for our order. We got our drink but didn't bother to correct the sauce because we knew they were gonna catch another attitude. As well as our burger was not made correctly. We spend two hours of our day at this establishment because the staff could not get it together. We are absolutely not satisfied with any of our experience. This is not the first time this has happened. The past 3 times we have come to this establishment we have waited over an hour for the other small orders.

Took an hour to get food, server does not annunciate words. Would give 0 stars if possible. I don't think this is what Wendys wants to be known for. Still waiting in line, food will probably suck. Thanks

There really is no reason to rate fast food franchises in the low country as they all suffer from serious mismanagement and complete staff incompetence. I just wanted a caffeine free Diet Coke. Not many places offer that, so when we drove by the new Wendy's, my husband said that he thought that this franchise was now offering the fancy coke machine that gave customers oodles of options. Not wanting to take a chance sitting in the long drive thru line, I decided to go inside to make sure that they offered what I wanted, and then I planned to order at the counter. There was one diner as I walked into the Wendy's. No one was in line and there were about 6-7 employees running about behind the counter. I stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Apparently I had been transformed into a ghost as several people made eye contact with me but remained silent and did not approach me to take my order. I was about to ask someone for assistance, when a stern looking woman said to me "we are not taking orders from the counter." No pleasantries, no I'm sorries. Seriously? You folks all need to get some training in the basics of human interaction. Your pissy attitudes, long waits for food, wrong orders, and careless work ethics, makes one wonder what the future has in store for businesses that hire such incompetent staff, and then make no effort to teach them basic skills. Shame on you all.

Hands down the slowest Wendy's there is takes you 30 minutes just to get through the drive thru when there is 4 cars this whole place needs new management it's honestly embarrassing to call yourself fast food at this point

Very slow with orders, looks like plenty of people inside working but takes forever. also the lobby is closed half the time through out the day for some suspicious reason.
