Went through the drive thru placed my order. Got up to the window and they asked me to pull around to the front. They were no other cars in the parking lot and no customers inside. I had to sit there another 15 minutes for my food to come out. ? When I got home our burgers and fries were cold. And the fries tasted like fish. They need to get better management.

Some factors could be a little better, but in general, this is one of two Burger King locations in the Belton-Honea Path area. This one isn't terrible though. The staff seems friendly enough and the food is actually hot and typically prepared correctly. I have had more than one vastly different experience at the Honea Path one. I will only go to the one in Belton (this one).

Used to be a fair deal for a fair price now it's just a quick bite for a high price tried to use coupons was sent away thought they wanted the business using two coupons isn't asking too much evidently this guy thought it was very very rude was sent away with no food thanks Burger King for nothing oh yeah their commercial is right now you rule someone's Liars you dropped the ball Burger King

I passed through Belton today a little after 4pm. I stopped at this BK and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and clean environment. I only had fries, but they were very good.

This was the most ridiculous service I have ever experienced. Went through the drive through, ordered, paid. Was given my drink and told to pull around to the parking lot. After a 30 minute wait, I go inside the restaurant to see what's going on. 2 employees. One is sitting in a booth talking to her child and the cook is doing something else-not cooking or preparing food. "They forgot". There was no one else in there or in the drive through.

Horrible service despite speaking with the supervisor on call! It took me 10 minutes just to place my order then I waited another 20 for a chicken sandwich that they said took 6 minutes to cook. I waited another 20 minutes.
