Ordered my meal and checked the bag at pick up .. no honey mustard so I kindly asked the young lady and all she had to do was reach down and grab it.. she goes to say “next time ask at the window” I said “I did” NICELY and drove off and she has the nerve to yell out “well if you did it would’ve been there.” I have the receipt to show I DID ASK.

Gave me the complete wrong order. Rude as hell staff. Ketchup on my kids sandwich's smelled rotten. Filing a complaint with a health inspector. This is absurd and no I don't want my money back. I will be proceeding with a lawsuit for trying to poison my child and myself. If anyone else has had these issues please contact me so we can sue together for a class action suit. I have two attorneys I have brought this to that would love to help everyone else that's been effected by this disgusting store

This place forgot about my order untill we told them multiple koisk things were shutdown multiple people who ordered after us got their food and slow food service but the food was good but I ordered 2 plain burgers and 2 whoppers and they gave 3 plain and 1 whopper And I ordered a m sprite AND DIDNT GET

Most unprofessional experience I have witnessed this morning when going to dine in. The managers were in the dining room yelling at a young man.

We stopped in today and I ordered a cheese burger combo with extra onion and ketchup. when I opened the wrapper, the burger had NO onions, hardley any ketchup and one pickle... and the size has shrank. I couldn't eat my burger because it tasted awful. The staff needs to concentrate on getting orders correct instead of socializing at the counter (manager included). What a waste of money!!

McDonald's is McDonald's right? Not really. The employees make a difference! The young ladies were very sweet, thoughtful and friendly. I have returned several times bc of the service.
