This new McDonald's was out of milk so my wife had to drink water. They also didn't have the small pieces of apple for my wife's oatmeal. Instead they gave her large apple slices from a kids which was difficult to eat in her oatmeal. My sausage egg & cheese biscuit was tasty & warm. As an fyi, we simply don't like the layout of the new McDonalds. All the supplies such as salt, pepper, napkins etc have to be requested at the counter and unfortunately the staff are rarely at the counter of any McDonalds because they are around the corner at the drive-thru window. This McDonalds doesn't have a drink machine where you can fill or refill your own drinks. The staff at the counter give you your drink and if you want a refill you have ask them for a refill. Unfortunately it's not likely you will be able to catch them to ask for a refill because again they are usually tied up around the corner at the drive-thru window. As McDonalds updates more and more of their restaurants to this new design, we've already discussed the likelihood that we will stop going to McDonalds. We don't take this decision lightly and it's a definite. It's poor customer service to make it almost impossible to get your supplies salt, paper, ketchup and napkins and to wait a long time to get an employee to refill your drink.

DO NOT GO HERE!! If you're in the least bit of a hurry, don't stop here! Absolutely the SLOWEST McDonald's I've ever been in. Took 27 minutes to get 1 Fish Sandwiche (NO FRIES NO DRINK), just the sandwich. There were 6 people standing around waiting for their food. I asked for the manager, and the girl came out and said, "Yeah, I'm sorry we're just really busy," I said, busy doing what? There's nobody at the drive thru and only 6 people inside, and it's taking you 27 minutes to get me 1 fish sandwich? She had nothing else to say.

This is my local McDonald's, everytime I come to this location my food is wrong. This last time I went I told them I was missing food from my order after spending $60 and the manager guy or what ever he was asked for my receipt, then asked for all my bags back after, this is after the fact I left and turned back around when I noticed the food missing. Why would someone lie when they spent 60 dollars on food I just don't understand. I will never be back to this location I'd rather go out of my way then to go to this McDonald's ever again.

The lobby and overall restaurant were very clean. Staff were super friendly, and the food was as it should be without issue. Easy in and parking lot for my buddy and I who both pulling trailers and UTVs.

Trucker here, walked across from the pilot since Denny's was closed. Horrible service, no one wanted to acknowledge me at the counter when I needed different drinks since they don't understand that sweet tea should be sweet. If you need anything after you order don't bother. Rude people, arguing with each other and complaining about everything. Food was cold by the time I got it and seemed like it sat for a bit
