My family and I have been eating Bojangles over 30 years but this location by far has been the worst. I visited again today hoping things would've changed by now but it seems to have gotten worse. The drive-thru wait was 20 minutes and the sandwich was fit only for the trash can!!

I was not greeted when I reached the telecom to order "can I help you" is how i was greeted. The woman taking orders was hard of hearing because she was eating when i arrived to the window after a 25 minute wait. My order was not repeated back to me properly at the Telecom or at the window. And to top it all off I was given the wrong drinks. When I reminded the woman that i ordered lemonade and not sweet tea she gave me a dirty look. I told her thank you and have a good day and there was no reply. To top it off when i arrived home, my order was wrong. 25 minutes i waited for a wrong order but the woman at the window had time to eat first? Absolutely unprofessional in every way.

I understand that quality control may be poor due to being understaffed, under trained, and being very busy but, quality control should not be soo poor that someone ends up with dirt in their sweet tea!!!

Over the top services! Manager communicates effectively when inventory is low. He tries to accommodate to keep his customers happy and fed! Rockstar business!

About a year ago this was gone of the best Bojangles I have ever been to but since then it is one of the worse. The food i ordered i didn't get but half of it and what I did get was old dried up half the amount of what you would normally get. Bojangles Bluffton now about having at least one responsible adult working at all times.

Absolutely ridiculous. Four chicken fingers that were about the size of my pinky finger. Lettuce in the salad the size of a half sheet of paper. Highlight of the whole experience was the young woman at the window was very friendly. Food TERRIBLE!!!

They forgot some of the food. Had to ask for forks with the bo-berries. I never got a receipt. My fries had a hair in them and my fiancées biscuit had a long hair in it. The fries (before I found the hair) tasted like they’d been Soaking in grease for hours. Although We were there at 8am, Nothing seemed fresh. Half of the food had to go to the trash.We were driving out of town so I wasn’t able to go back. I know we’re only family, but we won’t be going back.

Talk about attitude! I ordered 16 biscuits for work group. Seemed like an inconvenience. When I got to the window, and the person handed me a receipt with a total but no items listed. I requested a receipt with the items on it is that’s usually what they give you. I needed this for an expense report. The person at the window said that they couldn’t give me a receipt with the item until a manager finally printed one. The person at the window shoved it out the window and roll her eyes. Oh well, I’ll go somewhere else next time.

This location is TERRIBLE. ITS ALMOST LIKE THE LADY AT THE WINDOW WAS HIGH. I don't understand how we can ask for things over and over and keep being given the wrong food etc. I went back around as I'd been given the wrong side and I heard the guy in the back say. " Yea I'm not making that" - now I feel dumb for telling folks back home how good Bo was. You need to get rid of that lady at the window at the very least
