I'm giving a one star due to the fact that corporate is making people pay with a qr code rather than through the server or bartender. Thier app is broken and often never works. We will start eating somewhere else if corporate doesn't fix this...what a dumb

Prepaid Online order… no one watching over the to go station. Stood there for a good 10 min. I noticed my food was on the counter, so I got it & walked out. Wings were good. Fries were meh. Service was invisible.

Worst wings I’ve ever had. Ordered. 20 wings, they only gave 19, none of the wings were completely sauced, they were literally just covered in sauce on just one side. They absolutely don’t care about what they cook and serve.

We ordered takeout thru Door Dash. When I left my review it was meant for Door Dash but wound up on Buffalo wild wing too. I am a local to Bluffton SC and go to BWW a lot. The food, the service and the restaurant are awesome. That review was for Door Dash alone.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies and a variety of beans. They also have a great tasting black bean burger. YummmDietary restrictions: I am a diabeticParking: They are very popular so you may have to park around the side of the building but there is plenty of spaceKid-friendliness: They have games at the tables for the little onesWheelchair accessibility: Ramp in parking to sidewalk to inside of building without any obstruction

The burgers were great. The bartender was even better. He was the most personable server we had during vacation at Hilton Head
This place is the best at any time. I remember the time when I came here, I met Jonny G. The staff were so very friendly and confident. I hope that I can try different things here the next time I come here. The boneless wings are exciting and tasty too. I wonder what the next trend for this place will be next. Again, the staff are incredible and so friendly.

I love the food. The servers are good, but last 3 times my food order wasn't right. Also, an order never comes out at the same time or within a minute or two from the rest of my family. My daughter loves the food and lives but is not very organized. I'm hoping that one day will change.

The wings are great. Our server was Niccole who was great at keeping food coming and drinks flowing. They don't have Coca Cola products and just recently added ginger ale. For diet drinks, only Diet Pepsi. This week they ran out of many beers because their beer delivery didn't show up. They have a great variety of wing sauces and dry rubs. They mix and match well. If you want all flats or drums, costs $1 extra. Lots of TV's. Bathroom was very clean. Easy parking.
