Lady at the drive-through was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my girlfriend as we tried to place an order through the microphone she would not listen or take any of our simple alterations like no lettuce or tomatoes on the burger. my girlfriend is a very loyal customer and is currently six months pregnant and it was craving some DQ ice cream and burgers and went home. Very disappointed because of the customer service.

Just left the empty store! We stood there, while the employees spoke to each other and ignored our party of three. Obviously customer service is not an important part of their training, and Dairy Queen’s business practice. Will take my business to Rita’s!

Carlos and Ericka are the GOATS! (Greatest of all Time) As someone who has gone to Dairy Queens all his life, I can vouch that they KNOW how to make my usual favorite, Cookie Dough Blizzards with extra extra extra extra cookie dough and Oreos.I can't say that about every Dairy Queen. Great staff, I'll be a regular here for sure. Thumbs up!

Wish I could leave a 0 star review. Ordered on the dairy queen app & it said that my order would be ready at 1:37 & to pick it up in the dining room. Got here & the dining room was closed. Waited 26 min at the speaker & another 19 min in line before I drove away. The entire time there was only one car in front of me & they were already at the window when I pulled up. No way to cancel your order online.

Without asking or expecting, the kind workers offered our Prince Pickles a dish of whipped crème, which he clearly found delicious! LWe love the DQ Grill and Chill chicken strip baskets! My favorite part of the meal? The toast!! ?
