The most ridiculously overpriced with food mediocre at best. Most restaurants in the area you get much much MUCH better meal for half of the price if not less .To start our “amazing “ experience when we tried to make a reservation over the phone the owner was very rood to my husband but we decided to still give it a try.I ordered pasta special with and pasta had absolutely No flavor. Basically butter with garlic. That’s it. For that “masterpiece” they charged us $60 which the server conveniently forgot to mention. My son wanted salmon which originally was served over risotto and priced around $30. I asked to substitute the risotto with pasta so they did and charged us $26 for pasta +$20 for salmon add on. Again, never mentioned the price increase. So our kids meal ended up being a $46 mediocre pasta with a small piece of salmon.Separate compliment deserves the interior that hasn’t been updated for 40 years and dirty windows and doors.Very Disappointed.

We absolutely love Dolce Vita! Their food is incredible and we are always made to feel like family when we are there. They make authentic Italian in a place where it's almost non existent. We have used them for catering orders and it is always the highlight of the party. Not only are the appetizers and entrees amazing, but their desserts are on a different level! We go monthly!

The worst dinning experience ever! The chef was rude, arrogant and insulting with his comments and behavior. We were a group of 7 senior ladies celebrating a birthday dinner. We were also overcharged. Our receipts reflected one amount and my personal online charge was 25% more than what was on my receipt.Dinning should be a pleasant experience, this was not! I strongly suggest you go anywhere other than Dolce Vita.

Amazing service! Patrick was an awesome waiter and the chef made sauce that I can eat. I can’t eat heavy sauces and he made a light tomatoes sauce and it was amazing! Thank you chef and Patrick! We will be returning customers.

as i am not a fan of Italian it still was pretty good but service was horrible!!! We visited here a few weeks ago and the owners really need to do better with customer service!!! It’s not ok to run a business and treat clientele so rude . Don’t forget they are the ones that keep your business afloat!!! Would go back for the food but the rude service is definitely a no no!!No “chef” maybe you should stay home and get someone a little younger in the kitchen lol

For locals that know Italian, this small bistro is no secret. Chef Joe makes all of his sauces and pasta's. Real Italian cooking takes patience. Chef Joe's dishes best represent the time he's taken to perfect his craft. I started with a stuffed pepper. The dish was prepared to perfection. Next came the Oso Bucco. Moist, tender and a sauce to die for. Having grown up in the NYC Metro area, it brought back fond memories.

It cracks me up that pompous idiots give this place anything less than 5 stars. The food is the best Italian in the area and I've tried them all. Ombra, on HHI is excellent too, but it's different in nature, so comparison isn't quite justified. The owners are proud of their place and food because they work hard to provide a nice experience and truly authentic recipes. My favorite is simply the Veal Parm, but have tried at least half of the items on the menu. When the stuffed peppers are available they are to die for. Some people should obviously stick to Carrabbas, or Olive Garden when they have complaints about the food as you don't have an advanced palate. My two cents.

Joe is a 1st class chef. Love the Italian seafood offerings. Perfectly prepared. Big portions. Classy. Never disappoints!

Very expensive, not many tables. You must make reservations otherwise they will not seat you
