There is absolutely nothing to complain about with Fat Patties in Bluffton! The service is wonderful and the food absolutely amazing! They have an amazing selection of beer and even an ice cream bar which also offers adult beverage options.

Though this looks like a craft beer brewery, it is a restaurant inside. The upscale industrial decor is fun. The discomfort of the seating is not. Staff is accomodating and service is good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is after several visits I have mixed reviews. The first visit was pre-Covid and the place was packed, full of bustling, loud and fun. Food was delicious. I was determined the next time I was in town, I was coming back. Well the second visit was post-Covid and a lot had changed. The place was quiet, nearly empty, the burgers did not live up to the first impression. The menu had fewer adventurous choices and overall the place lost its edge. The last visit was disappointing. It is sad to see such a cool place change so drastically but that is the case for a lot of restaurants post-Covid. Food was just warm and I had a hard time figuring that one out since we were the only patrons at a table and there was one other patron at the bar. I wanted to send it back for them to zap it in the microwave but everyone looked so down and sad, I just couldn't bother them. Hope the future holds better things for this restaurant. It has a great location, in the heart of old town Bluffton, it just needs a lot of new customers. I recommend it in spite of my experiences.

Great experience, great food! Service was great and our waitress was really friendly. We ordered the Joyous Agony, Over Easy, Bless Your Heart, and Who's Your Pattie. All were amazing and the menu was really unique !! Also super dog friendly.

Had the best burger ever on Friday night. Awesome live band, Brandi doing a great job at the back bar. Met old friends and made a few new ones.

Fat Patties was a hit on our girl's trip!!! I was looking for a good turkey burger and I found it! My bestie loved the fried green tomatoes and we both loved the rosemary fries. Everything was really good and I highly recommend this place

Food was good when we went. Service was not so great and the place was not even crowded so that's why only 4 stars. had a nice outdoor area and indoor seating was open to the outside which was nice to enjoy on a warm day.

It was pretty good, but did not live up to the hype from what everyone was telling me about.

Amazing food, social distancing, and great service. This place has indoor and outdoor seating. Anyone in the Bluffton, SC area would love this.

Get BBQ Pulled Pork Tacos! Got sweet potato fries as my side. Delicious! Would certainly get them again! I'll try other dishes eventually too. My wife got the Caesar Chicken Salad, which she really liked. Great selection of beers on tap.

Oh my goodness the food is amazing! A must stop! You have to get an order of fried green tomatoes. The best I have EVER ate! And I'm a southern girl through and through!

This was our first time at Fat Patties. It's a very cool atmosphere with indoor and outdoor dining. The burger was juicy, but the fries were amazing! The rosemary sea salt concoction is super yummy! Their garlic aioli is a must for any sandwich. They also have a large beer selection. We'll definitely be back.

Interesting dining here with different types burger toppings that were very creative. I still stuck with the usual cheeseburger and fries. A good idea. Others tried different appetizers. Service was a little sporadic. And their homemade ice cream had a freezer taste . But overall ok.

This was our first time in Bluffton SC and we had our dog with us so we decided to try Fat Patties because it stated it was dog friendly. When we arrived it didn’t seem to be to crowded so we opted for a spot in the shade on the patio. First let me say the hostess was very rude wanting us to take a table in the sun....we told her we would wait for a table in the shade and she told us we would have to wait! Never mind their was two tables open in the shade. She never came back so we left. We then had a great lunch at Agave.
