I ordered a whole meal and had it picked up as we were coming in from out of town. The sides expired in October 2023. It’s December 2023. It was a holiday. We had nowhere to go to get food to substitute. This is unacceptable for the amount we paid!

I was price gouged by this store and this company. I pre-ordered online for Christmas and the system would not let me pay in advance. I called the local franchise and they said the system will only work if you pay when you pick up. The price quoted was $60.85. The fine print said the price could be more at check-out. My husband picked up the ham and didn't realize we were being gouged when the price was $91! This is my first and last honey-baked ham. Buyer beware!

It simply amazes me that just about every condiment has SOY in it. Too much consumption of soy is bad for anyone, but I cannot be the only one who has a soy allergy. It honestly pisses me off. You're doing people harm because soy is only to preserve the condiment longer. It doesn't belong in our food. Please make other options available and please have ppl who have a different kind of understanding. I am hungry and now cannot eat my food until I get home. 40 minutes away. Thanks for making my first time here my very last.Dietary restrictions: All of your condiments except for two have soy

I will never buy HBH again. The price on line was $60.95. I was charged $91.28. The people there said because this shop is a franchise, they can charge whatever they want. This is WRONG!!!!

Rudest staff ever. You could walk in and not say a word and they’ll start giving you dirty looks and speak aggressively to you for no reason other than making them have to work…… disappointing. Maybe try another location if you can…
Reserved thanksgiving on line and they didn't have order. Right we try to make up for the order in order some alternative items but they didn't even have rolls for us. Owner came out and said it's it is what it is no matter what I say you're not gonna be happy, so what's the point of me even saying anything then the woman behind the counter said she's not talking to me. We continued to be very polite. We decided to go elsewhrrr with our Yeah I'm never going back there again that's for sure. I love honey. Baked ham too! What a disappointment Pete the owner and his staff clearly don't care about customer service

She is knowledgeable about her job and makes sure that the customer receives spectacular service. The restaurant is immaculate! Smells cleans looks clean no dirt l, not sticky mess, and the fountain drink area looks so clean. The sandwich was absolutely delicious mouth watering good. I can't keep talking about how relaxed and well managed the lobby feels. Today was a nice day because I came and ate in a nice place.

I picked up 2 pounds of your ham for Easter at your Bluffton, SC location. Each pound packaged in its own container. This is the first time over many years that the ham was notgood at all. Did not even taste or look like Honey Baked Ham. I was stuckserving it for Easter but very unhappy.
