Their seafood is always good! I wish they would just put a little bit more food in the bags, but that’s just because I’m greedy! Lol!!!!The waitress we had wasn’t all that friendly but the entire experience was doable and nothing too bad.

I ordered the crab with the house specialty sauce. It's a generous portion. The sauce really overpowers the taste of the crab, so it isn't really for me. Service was great. Please get some decent silverware!

I used Open table to make a reservation, because I was Unsure of the status of the restaurant, as we have never been before. Upon arrival, we weren't greeted very politely, and wasn't even able to get my words out that I had Put a reservation in, the host just swatted at us and said 2? Looking around I saw It wasn't that busy so okay I get It, don't need the reso. Cool. But could have approached that better. When we sat down, it took a while for us to be greeted by our server, though she was very apologetic. For there only to be 10 tables in there, didn't seem to be enough reason the host couldn't communicate with the server or maybe she did and forgot. Our ticket time for food was also extremely high, again as it was not busy enough at all for the “kitchen to be backed up.” We watched other tables get their food in a timely manner. I observed almost every server, bartender and host be on their phones as they waited around. they are all young, I get It. But Having a young staff like this, there needs to be a manager who doesn't like seeing this. The bathrooms could have been spot checked at least, seeing as there was toilet paper on the floors. Though we liked our food, (could have came with at least more than 2 small potatoes and a piece of corn) we ended up not even finishing it and taking it with us. Which I never do with seafood. The music also was to much. Have a variety of cajan music. As a fellow Service Industry personnel, I am So understanding with things that happen in the restaurant. And love trying new places. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back. There needs to be some major changes in management and the staff training before season comes or more negative reviews will pile in. I am glad I did not finalize applying at this place. Because I almost did an interview. (And I never Do reviews because I hate Karen's) Best wishes y'all!

Tanashia was a horrible server she didn’t ask if we wanted any more drink she also didn’t ask if we was okay/ alright. We waited awhile for our check.I have to say the food was decent but definitely need better service.

I've been to both restaurants. The one on Hilton Head Island and the on off 278 Bluffton.The Bluffton location is superior to the one off of Mathews Dr. Simple reason is the atmosphere! No paper on the tables and wide open.

I had some time to kill as my wife was shopping so I stopped in here around lunch time. It was not busy at all. They had a small local beer selection, which I appreciated. The food was great and served promptly. I was from out of town and did not have a chance to go back, but I would love to have gone back with a larger group to try some of the other options on the menu.
