The owner, Gustavo, was very rude. We came in with five people, and he was extremely inconvenienced with the people in our party looking at the menu and individually ordering. I literally said, “Sorry for inconveniencing you,” and he said nothing. The kids changed their bottled drinks their bottled drinks from apple juice to chocolate milk, more eye rolling and inconvenience to him. Then we went to go sit down, all were dirty and the floor was beyond dirty. This is not what I remembered. We are done, and will never come here again.

Customer service was good, but I couldn't eat my Lox on Everything...the bagel was way too tough/dense I couldn't chew it. And I swear There were a hundred capers on both sides lol. I tried but it didn't end well. Cookie was good though, tasted fresh.

This place was SO busy when we were there. It was about 9am and there was a line out the door. We waited probably 14 minutes before we could order. However they made our order quickly and it was yummy! We liked the garlic bagel the best. The lady behind the register was really lind as well and very positive and seemed happy to be doing her job.

Really low key place to grab a bagel. Super good and quiet if you wanted to get work done, read the paper, or just eat and have a little silence.Parking: Could be busy time and hard to park. Early morning may be tough, but afternoon there should be plenty

Very friendly atmosphere. Loved the charm of this place. I'm down here in SC from NYC five years now. If you have a hankering for a bagel this may be the place. Bagels, Pizza and food in general can be personal. Had the lox spread.Very tasty.

You go through a line and cleanup the table. My husband could not eat the plain bagel because it was tough. The cream cheese was fluffy and messy. There is no service The staff was

the bagels are good. even if you ask for double toasted it does not look or taste like your bagel is toasted.we enjoy the one on the island more.Parking: parking is available. it is limited and the spaces are tight.
I love their bagels, but being the Everything is my favorite and my most common choice at bagel shops, this particular shop uses a very overtly salty Everything seasoning for their bagels. I wish they'd use a different one with less salt. If that makes sense.
Great place for lunch. They have great bagels.
