Greeted at the door with "Welcome to Moe's ". They are newly renovated and it looks amazing. I am never disappointed here in Bluffton. The service is fast and friendly. It is clean and organized. I highly recommend this location! Great job, team. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
TL/DR: The new interior is horrible and has made the place cold and unwelcoming. The service and food quality represented this change.Been in the area for four years now, and since the beginning I've been visiting this Moe's. I've eaten here countless times, and each time it was fairly great. The food was always fresh and tasty, the service and atmosphere was always welcoming, and I never left unsatisfied. However, that Moe's is gone. What stands in it's place now is a soulless, corporate replacement. The vibe is just super off and unwelcoming. For the first time ever, I had a totally lackluster experience. The food wasn't fresh, the service was meh, and I left genuinely disappointed. I will mourn the Moe's I once knew, and have to get my Monday burrito-bowls somewhere else now.

Always a pleasure to have a meal at this Moes!! All the employees take excellent care of their customers and the line goes quickly. On some visits you may be surprised to see the “dream team” working smoothly and flawless to make each meal fresh for all visitors! Wow, Moe's has gotten expensive. It was $69 for a family of four to eat. I can understand why this chain is closing many locations. $2.50 extra up charge for white meat chicken? Combine that with an absolutely filthy restaurant and staff that barely acknowledge customers due to being engaged in staff conversations. This chain has really lost its mojo. If you're charging these prices you must provide an experience.

Another big chungus meal, delicious. Location was clean and modern, staff were friendly and efficient, everything was great. Portions were large and prices were low, I'd come back any day. Highly recommend.

I've been to dozens of Moe's locations across the eastern US, and this is my absolute favorite, without question! The people are friendly and still give a hearty "Welcome to Moe's!" when someone enters. The tables are kept clean. The food is always fresh and made correctly. They've ruined me for other Moe's locations. ?Dietary restrictions: There is a very clear allergen poster at the beginning of the food area. As an allergy mom, this is greatly appreciated.

I love Moe's generally because of the great food. And that's true specifically for my local Moe's in Bluffton. They do a fine job in that department.My challenge with this store, however, is the age and condition of the place. IMO, it is long overdue for refurbishment. There comes a time when things have deteriorated to the point that the impression given is neglect, and the descriptor I use when asked is "a bit dingy." That can be a real plus for a dive bar, but this isn't that, is it.I overlooked that negative during the pandemic, but now I find myself less and less understanding of why it is the case.Hopefully, a remodel is soon coming.

Went to Moe's on Feb 23rd with a group looking for some meat-free healthier options. My Friends got bowls or tacos, I got a veggie burrito. It was delicious! They make it for you with whatever you want inside. The fajita-style peppers, onions, and cilantro rice were great, then I loaded on a few more options. The complementary salsa bar was a treat with lots of choices. Mild to hot tomato-based salsas plus some sour cream ones. I didn't try the sour cream ones but the tomato sales were great, loves the green tomatillo one. The manager of the store was helping behind the counter and made us feel welcome. The store was very clean and tidy with plenty of seating. The space would accommodate a very large group. Great service, and the cashier even helped me with the rewards app and gave me a quick benefit review. I will definitely be back!
