Unfortunately, they are extremely understaffed, food came out salty and all wrong drinks that were ordered were never delivered but still on the check, just unfortunately all time bad experience was really hoping it was my new go to place before a movie but unfortunately I'll have to settle for Chin dynasty..

We placed our order at around 7 pm, with 30 minutes left for DoorDash delivery. The restaurant, which closes at 9 pm, unfortunately canceled our order, citing their inability to fulfill it. Our initial order consisted of a wrap and a burger, and I am left wondering how they were unable to fulfill such a simple request.

My wife and I went there for their Thursday karaoke night. It was a fun night for sure. The food was good and service was great. I recommend Prime Time for a great Thursday night!

I was in for dinner a few weeks ago and they were clearly short staffed. The girl working, who I think owns it was too busy on her phone and checking her make-up to care about her customers. Food was frozen and just overall not good.

I have been here many times. They have a lot of beers on tap. I order their bruchetta and love it! Its nice to have a Grill with different kinds of food. The staff are pleasent. And the owner is always around to say hello. Its also a good place to bring your kids when you cant get a sitter.

Chi burger chi burger was amazing and i was excited to see the new restaurant put in its place. But the cheese quesadillas here are just not affordable. If I become a millionaire I'll stop in again. But the cheese quesadillas break the bank and I just can't have that. Make cheese quesadillas less than $12 por favor.
The service is wonderful and so was the ice water but I just can't understand why a cheese quesadilla would be $12 ? I can purchase cheese and tortillas for half that. No protein or veg... just cheese. Why? I cant justify it I'm sorry. It's just not worth it... please make the quesadillas cheaper.

Love this place! Burgers are great, and the beer is ice cold. Really good beer selection. Family-owned. Service is excellent!

Dawn, Jarod, and dalton always amazing with us. This was my 3rd visit since opening, and I have not been disappointed. Beer is cold and food is hot. I recommend 100% over other establishments in the area.

Quite possibly the worst service of any place we’ve been to in Bluffton or any of the surrounding areas. Food is like frozen section at the grocery store and a microwave. If you’re a drinker, you’ll like this place otherwise, steer clear.
