Yep! Yep!

The guy at the pickup window would not hand me my online order. A Papa Johns Employee who was inside Subway overheard the interaction and grabbed the order and walked outside to hand it to me in my car while parked a foot from the window through which two Subway employees gleefully insisted was not working. Big thumbs up for the Papa Johns guy, but....this was a very creepy very weird experience. The sort of experience that makes you question what the guy does to the food. Offputing, disrespectful, and just unprovoked weirdo stuff.

Went to get my wife a sandwich. She at the hospital with our child. The lady told a man to help . He waved her off and I stood for ten minutes then left . No service . Would not recommend this

This Subway location was very clean with 10+ tables inside and outside. for people to sit and eat. The soda fountains have a lot of choices. There are two large private bathrooms in the back. They play the radio for music and the 2 workers there were very courteous. I got the veggie patty which was pretty good with some honey mustard and toppings. There was wifi available (just ask for pw) and I got to refill my drink (in my own cup) so yay for that. I could see myself doing work here. I also like that the Bluffton Breeze bus drives by here during the week which is helpful.

I ordered a BLT and gat a lot of L and T but 1 slice of Bacon doesn't seem like a lot of B. I had to try and find it on the sandwich. Could not taste it all on the sandwich.

Lady at the counter with pink hair was rude AF. She closed the store at 6pm and we came in at 530pm, and she said “we are lucky we made it, I’m about to lock up.” Do not recommend. The drive through doesn’t work either.

My friend and I wanted to go to Subway for lunch, I happened to get coupons in the mail for a buy 1 get 1 free footlong so we were going to split that. We get in and the lady who is serving us happens to be having a bad day it seems and chooses to not make the coupon valid and she was EXTREMELY RUDE to both of us after telling us she wasn't going to accept it. We then wanted to speak with the manager/owner and she said no, told us to get out and that she wasn't going to serve us. All I wanted was to try their new menu since I keep getting coupons of Subway in the mail. She told us that she was going to call the cops on us when we just wanted lunch. We weren't rude, or impolite, she just had an attitude. Is that how you treat your customers? I guess at Subway they treat anyone how they want. She served 2 customers before us then stopped serving us all for a coupon. Honestly appalled. I hope this subway goes out of business like the one that was in the Tanger Outlets. Good Luck. Whoever this Lady Manager is, the owner needs to reassess who runs that operation.

My boyfriend was walking up and the people that worked there saw him, went to the door and locked it, then turned off the lights. Store hours online and on the door says it closes at 9, it’s 8:20. That is horrible customer service.

There's a reason this location was rated at 2.5 stars before my submission. My first and only experience at this location was a disaster - ordered online, was given someone else's order. Staff were rude and uncaring and owner obviously did not read the complaint I sent via Subway's website as he wasn't even sharp enough to offer the refund I requested or even a coupon for a free sandwich. Not going back here, for sure

If you order ahead online thinking you are going to just drive through and pick up your food, you are wrong. I’m sitting here at the drive through at 11:58 waiting to pick up my order that was supposed to be ready at 11:30. Customers are walking in and they are being waited on and it’s as if I’m not at the window. Y’all need more staffing.

I am very disappointed with this Subway location I don't understand how I can order the exact same sandwich twice and it still doesn't come corrected I ordered a meatball marinara footlong with extra cheese add Parmesan cheese and black olives why both times my sandwich came to me with no cheese at all both times !!!?
