I live in Sun City so I find this place convenient and affordable for breakfast, lunch and dinner.The renovations last year are nice but I do miss the old bar with the original architectural renderings, golf balls, etc. I'm a 'foodie' so I don't come here when I want the fish fresh caught today or something exotic. But when I'm hungry and craving a BLT, soup, salad, eggplant parmesan or potato skins, they deliver every time. They never disappoint!I love the bartenders too. If you're lucky Chrystal will serve you best.

Overall was a great place. Food quality and portion sizes were excellent. Very reasonably priced and great service.Atmosphere is excellent - overlooking a golf course. Staff is very friendly. Outdoor seating available too.

Solid alternative to going off sun city Hilton head. Seemed to be fairly busy, but no wait. Cobb Salad and burger were good.
Manager is not only rude but unprofessional in an industry that thrives on good reviews. Table of 6, on the porch, he made us leave because we had 2 more coming. Next time and every time … our money will be spent at OKATIE ALE HOUSE !!!! Way to go Sun City restaurants, you never fail to disappoint.

I have been going to Okatie for approximately 5 years since residing in Sun City. The bartenders at Okatie are superior in drink-making, Kelly is an outstanding bartender. However, in the past 3-4 months I have been unable to order either Canadian whiskey such as V O or Canadian Club. The only available whiskey is Seagram 7 which is "rotgut". Why is a impossible to get a decent top shelf drink when it was always available. The manager responsible for this should be fired since he was personally requested to change the order process.

Went there for lunch with a group of ladies the place is beautiful remodeled like new and decorated so nautical. Service was good for such a large group and I ordered the flat bread sausage and vegetable pizza it was delicious. I will be coming back here for sure with other couples for Happy hour soon.Parking: A lot of parking
