It's insanely cool how you can order a burrito anytime even when they are closed through a refrigerator that takes credit cards and they have a microwave to heat up. Burrito was good

This place is great. The food is delicious. The staff is super friendly, and the beautiful oak trees on the property and view of May River Road make for a cool place to sit outside and eat. You can even go there when they are closed and buy their burritos right on the front porch from their innovative burrito vending machine. You scan your card and the machine knows what you grab from the machine with RFID technology and charges your card. There is even a microwave next to the machine if you want to eat it right there after you get it from the machine.

I've tried the sweet potato and cauliflower burrito and bowl varieties. This is a good place to customize what you like and can be assured that the ingredients are fresh. They really do taste quality. The staff chop up the ingredients in an openly-visible kitchen area. It's clear effort is made to keep quality high and the place clean. When I go there, I feel like I'm eating at a friend's house who is a good cook. It's approachable. Outdoor seating is nice!

Just moved to Bluffton and saw it on our way to Hilton Head and wanted to try this place for lunch. So glad we stopped in. It was a perfect day for it and to sit outside nestled under the live oaks. We got lucky as there was no wait. We were greeted by a super friendly woman and placed our order. Food came out quick and was delicious. The service was amazing and everyone was super friendly. Great spot for a bite to eat. They have several Veg items as well which is great! Can’t wait to come back and try a different item on the menu. I told my husband I want to get something different each time we come back to try everything!

Ordered 45min ahead online. Arrived 10 min after scheduled pickup time. No one was there we we arrived. They hadn’t even started on our order so we had to wait an additional 17 minutes. Everything was pretty overpriced. Mahi tacos were ok. Shrimp burrito was dry. No sauce. Tastes like shredded cheese and unseasoned black beans. Avoid this place.

My wife and I are self proclaimed foodies. I had underground for the first time yesterday and all I can say is I'm happy to see this place exists in Bluffton. Moving from a bigger city to Bluffton has been challenging to find good food. The brisket bowl was downright amazing. Pretty sure I had a foodgasm. Fresh ingredients and I appreciated that there were fillers like rice. Healthy and delicious, what more can you ask for? Pleasant owners and service? They had that too! We will be back quite often.
I heard so many people talk highly about Underground Burrito, so I had to go try it for myself. Let me tell u, the location is beautiful, the atmosphere is great, & the staff was awesome, & to top it off, the food was soo fresh, & incredibly good! I definitely recommend going there, whether u want to dine inside, or outside, or even just get it to go!!!

One of our favorite places to go to when visiting my mom in Bluffton. Not only is all the food absolutely delicious, but the owners/staff are so, so friendly! You feel like family when you’re here. On our most recent visit we had a chicken and cheese quesadilla,brisket tacos, a breakfast burrito and of course the chips and guacamole! Everything is freshly made right in front of you. I’m getting hungry just thinking about the food here! My mom and her friend eat here quite a bit and we always stop in when visiting the area. Make sure this eatery is on your list if you’re ever in the lovely town of Bluffton! You won’t be disappointed!
