Made an online order, waited 20 minutes before leaving to pick it up thinking that was ample time to allow the order to process. I get to the store and asked if my order was ready.. nope, they hadn't even started making it 30 minutes after receiving the order! Had to ask the cashier where my food was and of course, when they checked the back, they STILL had not began making this order (20 tenders and 4 large fries) .. another 55 minute wait in the store before my order was handed to me and I still had to ask for the additional sauce I requested when putting this in. The staff offered no apology or acknowledgement of being so far behind. I do understand being short-staffed at times but you have to draw a line at being competent at some point. Food is great, service is horrible and unorganized.

Made me wait for my one sandwich behind 4 people with loaded up trays of food who were behind me in line, they said because I asked for a slice of cheese on my sandwich.When I got home, no cheese, which I paid extra for.This place is lousy. Find something else.

Great young man greeted us at the counter and gave us a few recommendations as we had never been there before. We had some chicken sandwiches and chicken strips. Everything was very good. We ate in the restaurant which was the only disappointing thing about our visit. It was colder than the artic in that place. All the employees were even wearing jackets or coats.
This is my second best location out of 4. The one in Walterboro, SC just plainly sucks lately. This one however, no matter what time you go in the day; You will get the same service.

The location in Bluffton SC was understaffed and dirty inside. My order was screwed up and items I paid for on the bill were missing.This is probably a staffing issue. My salad was also not up to standards. The bathrooms were filthy. This place needs new owners or shut it down and regroup. SAD.

I used the app and ordered online. Got to the store at the time that the app said to show up and my food wasn't ready. No problem I then stood there by the mobile order pickup spot and not once did ANY employee ask me if I needed to order or if I was waiting on an order. every employee should be told how to provide simple service to customers
