I did drive thru and the wait time from ordering to picking up was overc15 minutes, but not the fault of Mickey D's but a person in line apparently changed their order at tge window and the delivery window.
I ordered 3 separate orders thru the mobile app today.. it was a large order. Went thru the drive thru, (did not check order) ?♀️ got home and discovered we were short one order. So I went back to McDonald’s and went inside and spoke with a manager, Destiny, and even though it was confusing, she was very understanding, was pleasant to speak with and she assured me it would be taken care of, just give her a minute! Outstanding customer service Destiny????????
