This Arbys is so disrespectful. Ive never been treated this way by any fast food place. All i ordered was two shakes and a large fry. i waited 15 min for two shakes that ended up being the wrong shakes. i called after 10 min of waiting and they said they were coming right out. about 10 plus orders were finished before my two shakes. which happened to be the wrong shakes. i said i had to leave and would be right back to get those shakes. on my way back i asked that they would have the shakes ready for me when i get back within 5 min. They said well we are busy so if its not done you will have to wait. im sorry i waited 15 minutes plus the 10 minutes i was gone and you want me to wait again? He said if you have an issue you can file a complaint. I didnt even get a discount or a gift card or anything for this trouble.. It was really sad. This all made me late to my daughters appointment.

Husband ordered turkey meal. No bacon and so small amount of turkey I added some from our lunch meat at home. Ranch dressing sogged up bread so much of it. Really disappointed.

Arby's is severely underrated. The foods bomb, like 99% of the time. But hey, nobody's perfect, and they know this. But when I want some fast food that isn't a burger from other competitors, or a craving for a milkshake from a place whos ice cream machine isn't down, Arby's will always come through. ?Vegetarian options: This ain't the place for vegetarians. They have the meats! Not unless you want like a cheesestick or fries. They might have a salad, IF you're lucky.
My Corned Beef Sandwich was filled, meat wise. My daughter's Mac n Cheese Bites we're fresh, hot and delicious!

I ordered via the app. and paid. They ask what time do you want to pickup? I chose the 15 mins that was offered. Takes 15 mins to drive there. I arrived inside was a little busy. But app says your bag will be on the shelf. No shelf, but behind the counter there was a heat light with one bag. It was not mine. I inquired for my order. It's been 25 minutes now, and they had to look through the tickets and now they start on it.Why even ask what time you want it.I would have been better off just going through the drive-through, or somehow else.

Y'all need to hire some employees who have a good attitude and aren't looking for sex but to perform actual work. I placed an online order at 11am and it wasn't done by the promised 11:30am but not until 11:41am. We had items missing, the food was cold and the milkshakes were melted. My kids were dissatisfied with their less than satisfactory experience here. I can tell why this place has a high turnover of employees.
