The kids there have no idea how to handle situations. My husband placed a mobile order that showed ready when I got there they said there was no order and went about their business. I asked the girl can she look up by transaction she said she didn’t know how and that was that. She was too interested in talking with the boys and about some guy she knew than assisting. What turned into picking up my kid food and surprising him turned out to be a headache.

All I can say is Chick Fil A customer service is going into the dumpster. They really don’t care about you as a customer. I placed an order today redeeming 2 rewards. The app glitched and charged me for the full amount of the order , over charging me by $8. So my husband went up and showed him the app where it showed they should’ve charged $10 and then the email and bank showing the charge for $18. They stood there for 20 minutes and after all of that they said they would have to throw the food out and have us replace the entire order and pay full price for it because the rewards would no longer be valid for another 24 hours. So after all of that , and a mistake on their systems end the only solution is to throw the food out and replace the order and pay full price for it? LOL. Anyways we just canceled the entire order and said forget it. I reached out to customer service and that experience was even worse. The lady kept having long periods of silence on the phone and just sounded annoyed and when I finally asked if she could see the different receipts on their end she said no. And I asked, can I email you the receipts so you guys can see the system glitch and she was just silent and then said she shared the info with the store. I’m like, “how can you share with the store if you don’t even want me to email you the proof, then I just come off as an over dramatic liar” anyways I ended the call because I was just getting really weird and rude vibes from this lady. But it doesn’t seem fair to have a system glitch in your end , waste the customers time and then make them reorder not allowing them to use the rewards.

The food that I received was good and fresh, but lately they have started leaving food out of my bag and when I call they want me to come the next day as if I didn't pay today.
Order a strawberry shake they gave me a vanilla one. When I pointed it out, he informed me it was strawberry. The manager and staff acted as they were upset with me because they're had to work due that I just brought in 2 full charter bus of customers. This place is NOT bus friendly.

This establishment just recently got renovated and now the service sucks…. The other day I went to get breakfast and when I got home my food smelled like a deep-fried urinal… Never again from here.
it's a Chick-fil-A... they've got chicken sandwiches down pat. Skip the soda and get the unsweetened tea!

Stopped here while I was on leave and I asked if they offered military discount and they said they did. After showing my active duty ID, the manager said they only honor the military discount if you are in uniform. First time I have ever heard of this. Really unfortunate that they expect us to travel in uniform everywhere we go.
