I attempted to try this establishment a couple of days ago. I went in to only one customer being serviced and wasn't greeted. Once the employee finished with that customer she looked at me and said, "What can I get for you?" I informed her this was my first time visiting this location and her response was, "Okay.". I proceeded to ask her what she recommended, she responded with what three options people get most.I told her thank you and I walked out. On my way out she said, " Thank you and have a good rest of your day."This required no response from me. She had multiple chances to make this a positive experience for the customer. I choose to not patronize businesses that don't have the proper customer service etiquette. If they have much traffic I can see why. This is ridiculous.

It was pretty decent. Inside was nice. The price of these smoothies I'm so unsure,but the taste of the drink was good. Service could been a bit more welcoming and friendly. Would I give this place another chance? Yes, I would due to the fact I came in at 6 something at night. Probably will try it one day in the morning time.

Great Cusomer service, haven’t been back in a while but been everyday for about 2 months and i like this staff of kids Alot more than the first staff. Especially like the young woman working tonight. She stayed extra and all to take care of me and is always so so sweet. She is the sweetest thing you could ever meet!Vegetarian options: Great bowls and Customer service

Another good spot to choose if looking for Acai and fruit bowls or smoothies. Have a menu of options or build your own,which we did. Fruit was very fresh and plentiful, acai and granola were also plentiful. This was a mid morning breakfast amd we weren't hungry again until late night. Service was fast and nice seating inside. Will be returning.

I’ve always loved Cocoa Bowls, but after moving from Greenville to Spartanburg, my experience at this location was disappointing. I paid $13 for a granola and fruit bowl with minimal açai base, unlike any smoothie bowl I’ve had before. Comparatively, Smoothie King offers a similar price, yet provides a more generous portion of the smoothie base with equal amounts of fruit. Despite my loyalty to Cocoa Bowls, this experience has left me considering alternatives like Smoothie King.
I came in for the first time when a friend recommended it. I was greeted by Kristina, and I was amazed at how great the customer service was! Will definitely be coming back!

The bowl was amazing mango pineapple Nutella and banana topped off w/ coconut flakes it was my first time beingThe worker wasn’t friendly at all, she cut me off while talking. I sat in just to see if she was going to have the same interaction w/ other customers.Parking: Nice size parking lot was not crowded even with other businesses nearby.
