Ordered two subs with 3 other customers in the building. There are four people preparing orders. Took 20 minutes to get our food. Meatball on wheat no cheese was cold and looked like the sauce had been sitting there congealing for a day or two. My Turkey Bacon Ranch had no bacon and no ranch at all. It had mayo instead and they cross contaminated by using the same knife to cut both sandwiches, in turn getting cheese and mayo on the meatballs.We won’t be back here. The orders are always wrong and I’ve never waited less than 20 minutes for our food. It’s pathetic.

Took 30 minutes to get my food. Ordered two subs off LL name special. Multiple workers in the building and no one noticed my food was not being prepared. The cashier noticed and attempted to fix the issue but no one in the line attempted to prepare my food. Instead they just continued preparing other orders behind me and starred at me. The cashier noticed again my food was not prepared and began preparing my food. Originally I was planning on going to the hilcrest location, but I changed my mind due to feeling this location would provide better service, when in fact I should have gone in the first place. I wasn’t even compensated for the extra time I stood waiting. I will not be coming back.

This place takes entirely too long to make the food. An Italian sub should not be made at a snails pace when Ingles Deli can do the same thing in no time at all for half the price. In there moving like the snail lady from Monster's Inc. C'mon now people.

Went there for a couple of subs for lunch never had been to a firehouse Sub place before. We ordered our subs it took at least 20 minutes for our subs I have to say that they were busy my sub which was a cold cut Italian was toasted which they never asked me if I wanted. I hated the sub who heats up a cold cut sandwich. It cost us $35 for two subs which is ridiculous.

Ordered a medium turkey GF sub with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, oil&vinegar, and salt and pepper on Saturday (October 21st).Arrived at the drive thru (which had no line) at my designated time, was told to wait there because they were still working on it. I waited ten minutes on it to find out when I got home that all was on the sub was lettuce, tomato, and mayo. No meat.Don't know if they were short staffed or what but the worker handed me my sub with her keys in her hand so she was obviously in a hurry to go.Contacted corporate through the app and their solution to paying $10 for a sub without meat was to give 1000 points (roughly equivalent to 1/10th of what I paid for).Edit to add: it won't let me respond to your response for some reason. As I already stated in my review though I contacted support through the app. That's who offered 1000 points. Offering 1/10th of the price of the paid item when the item is missing multiple items including meat is a joke.

It's ok, but it's like so many other things in Boiling Springs - it just ain't what it used to be. Took forever to get our sandwiches when they weren't even busy (we were the only non-employees in the building when we ordered). Order was completely wrong and they had to remake it all. Only about half as much meat on there as there used to be. Price has been jacked up since Covid or whatever. Tables hadn't been wiped down. TV's in the dining room weren't even turned on. Just seemed kinda like the place was being run by "Halfway Herbert"...

To make room on the menu for cold subs, they removed one of our favorites... but you can still ask for the Jamaican Jerk Turkey Sub. You won't be disappointed!
