Five stars. Excellent product, taste, consistency, price, and presentation. No issues with rude customer service, as other reviews have mentioned. In fact, considering they get so busy and have to hand out countless free samples all day, I think they're doing pretty great. My family can't stop going, together and separately. Jeremiah’s has the best ice cream I know they have Italian Ice but I love the ice cream so much I’ve only had the Italian Ice once. Highly recommend this place to anyone that loves ice cream.

For the first time being there, it was actually pretty good, and if you don’t know what flavor to pick, they let you taste test. I like the fact that I can choose my own flavors. They have indoor seating and outdoor seating as well, take your pick.
