We’re MA transplants and haven’t been too impressed with the pizza down south, bbq has been good but pizza not so much, but this place has absolutely delicious pizza, will definitely order from them again! Prices are very good also!

Every single time I buy THICK crust I get this flat greasy gel layer pizza. I loved Marcos but this is ridiculous! And I asked for double cheesybread but all the cheese is in the middle and it's not much at all. I asked for specific sauces that I didn't get either.I waited 3 orders to finally review. This is the final straw. Whoever is the manager of this dough needs to be fired immediately. It's not proofed correctly at all

Franklin made our pizza and everything was delicious. Fresh vegetables and meat was also good. Pizza was hot and not messy. Ordered a extra large pizza price was reasonable.Parking: Boiling spings, sc had 3 spaces to park

Great pizza chain with quality ingredients and excellent products. This location is a challenge since it shares parking with Starbucks and it's hard to get in/out or find a place to park. Very good pizza though at competitive prices.

We order pizza from here once a month. We ordered pizza tonight and it took an hour to arrive. I ended up calling to get an ETA because it was unlike them to be almost an hour since ordering. They said the driver delivered it to the wrong house and also had forgotten some items in the order. They didn't even call me out of courtesy to say hey it's on the way we are so sorry or anything like that. Then I open my pizza bowl and it's swimming in water. Not sauce. Water.I didnt even get a coupon or anything for the inconvenience of the mistake. Very disappointed and probably won't be ordering from here again.

Simply these best delivery in town. For a while this has been my go to spot for pizza. This is the most consistent service and quality spot there is at the moment. Out of many many orders, there has been one mistake previously which was more than made right immediately by the manager and staff. This time, my pizza was early! You guys are great. PS this is the BEST steak on pizza you'll have! (Bring back the well done option please ?)

The wings used to be good until something changed and now they’re soggy.. we tried getting them different ways but the sauce they started putting on top is way too thick so we tried just plain without any sauce and they’re still soggy and not crispy like they used to be. The pizza is good so we try to order just about every weekend but lately have been disappointed by the wings so we’ll be looking for someplace else.

My husband placed an order just now. we thought it was about 6 dollars too high..last name sales..i called and asked and got a different price ? she said you didnt apply coupons..she said a large 4 topping is 16.99 and 10 peice wings 7.99 so that is not 34 and change even without a coupon.reordered same thing at papa johns and its 27.34 no coupon !

Mars at the Marcos Pizza in Duncan, SC showed incredible customer service this evening. Marcos was my third attempt at a “yellow brick road” pizza. No one else would even entertain me. My 7 year old invited me for a special date after work today to watch the Wizard of Oz. Little date nights mean the world to working moms and their littles… and movie date nights require the perfect snacks ;) I called Marcos on my way home from work and explained my request. Mars explained that the cheddar spiral would likely melt into the mozzarella, but she gave it an honest attempt, which is all I was really looking for. My son was so excited by this perfectly imperfect yellow brick road pizza. Thank you, Mars! You made my after-work movie date with my little boy even more epic. I appreciate you more than you know and the pizza was delicious!!

First time ordering from this location - you’d think being a franchise there would be some consistency across the brand, but apparently that’s not the case as I’ve had widely varying experiences at different locations. The two girls working at this particular one when we picked up our order were sitting around staring at their phones - no greeting, no acknowledgment, no service - they might as well make this a self-serve kiosk and save themselves some payroll expenses. That alone makes me never want to order from here again, but the fact that we were both feeling like total a$$ the next day with stomach issues pretty much seals the deal in that regard. I have ordered from other locations numerous times and it’s usually been pretty good, almost always get the thin crust and have enjoyed it - but this time it was like a stale cracker. Horrible.
