Have been twice now (mobile ordering) with the orders completely butchered. Several customizations left off or just wrong.This time ordered two iced brown sugar Expressos, with sweet cream cold foam, drizzle, extra flavoring, and the crunch topping.Definitely did not have extra flavoring and the only thing it did have was a regular cold foam. Spent almost $20 on two coffees that were not even close to what we ordered.The Starbucks at the ingles down the road is much more consistent, reliable, and generally just make better drinks.

I loved that they still had my favorite seasonal Caramel Brulee Frappe! One of the few to still have it after the Christmas season. The girl that took my order was so polite.

Paid for whip cream on my drink, it doesn’t come with any. So I ask for the whip cream I paid for, then they put a DAB of whip cream on the top. Literally covers 22% of the top of the drink. & they forgot the Peppermint syrup I also paid for in another drink. They need new cashiers who can read.

Good was very quick for being in the morning and I was not late for school so that was good. My fav drink is probably the dragon fruit refresher and also the Carmel ribbon crunch frap.
