We always eat here, live close by. 1/2 of the time our food is wrong and tonight was one of those nights. I had my order written down and they still got it wrong. She forgot to put my milkshake on, corrected it. We ordered 4 whopper Jrs, 2 regular and 2 BBQ Bacon cheese ones. I told her no pickles for all of them. She only put it for the regular ones. I spotted it and told another girl who mentioned it to the sandwich makers. They still put pickles on them. The girl caught it but instead of making new burgers, he just took them off. They also put ketchup and mayo on them instead of BBQ sauce. The burgers were cold and disgusting. I asked to speak to the Manager but he was busy filling some ladies 2 coolers with ice. If this place wasn't so close, and I don't like McD's I would stop going there.

With the staffing and service issues going on in retail and restaurants, I have to take a moment to point out the positive experience we had at BK in Camden, SC this evening. The service was above par, the order accurate, the fries hot, and the staff friendly.

Everything about the service I received on 02/15/2024 was horrible. They were supposed to issue a refund for food I never received and didn't, so now on 02/29/2024 I'm waiting on an investigation to be completed in order to receive my money, when mind you they lied the night it happened when they stated they issued a refund to my card. Never again!

Went through the drive thru at 9:12pm. No one would answer us through the intercom. So we drove around to the window, and the girl came with a nasty attitude and said they were closed at 9 o'clock. As we drove up a little bit, all the employees that were there were outside smoking weed coughing, laughing! I would not recommend this spot to anyone. You all need to reevaluate the people yall hire to be the face of the business!!!

The cashoer was wonderful.. he apologized to us several times as the MANAGER and employees were hollering and cussing.. while i was waitng for pavkets of mayo... the cook dropped a burger bun and picked it up and threw it on the toaster.. i called him out in front ofthe manager. He said no he didnt and i said iI SEEN YOU CHILD... she( the manager) said ill take care of it and didnt move.. then i saidwell hes starting to mkethe burger onthat dirty bun now.. the cashier said ill handle it.. and walkedbck there to throw that bunaway.. but the manager didntseem like she was gonna do anything..this extremely nasty and unprofessional... westop here every time we go to andfrom thebeach.. severaltimes ayear... wewill not anymore
I went in for a quick bite. Just a chicken and I water a cup of hot water and was charged a dollar and 89 cents for hot water and was told that since I got it in a coffee cup hot water mind you. I was told I would have to pay a $1.89 for the water. Which I did but the great part about paying a $1.89 for hot water is that I will never go back again so my $1.89 went to charity but my relief of not having to go back is priceless!

There has never been a time in any visit to this horror show where you go to the drive through and get your food! It's always "Can you please pull up and we will bring it out to you?" And 10 - 15 minutes waiting. NO CUSTOMERS inside or in front of you... still "please pull up" WHY!! What is the issue with waiting for a standard order... not a special order! A regular ass order. Ownership! Get involved or sell to a competent human that can motivate their staff!
