I had heard how wonderful the place was! I usually would let it slide and just not go back but I decided to write a review. We were welcomed warmly as an employee held the door wide open. Maybe, that is when the fly came in and pestered us to death during our lunch. The courtyard is lovely but inside the place needs a special touch. Bland! Not attractive enough to match the darling building. Needs a professional decorating touch. Food was mediocre at best. We are not going back. So sad!

Food was good. It's a little place with outdoor seating. I would go again.

Happened to stop in the antique shop, The Camden Antique Market, and found Candy's across from it. Kindof out of the way. Kindof stumbled onto the cafe. We had a late lunch/early dinner. Basic diner food. Nothing extraordinary but good. Very humble and friendly staff. Few tables. Restrooms available. Cold sweet tea!

Food was good - not exceptional, but tasty. Super friendly servers. Reasonably priced. Would return and try different things.

This was my first time visiting here. Both the food and the service were very good. A friend of mine and I split the Cuban and a hamburger. Both were very good.

We stopped at the cute little hideaway while in town for home hunting. The 2 servers were very sweet with great hospitality. I had the egg salad, and it hit the spot! Definitely recommend! We also went to the bakery attached to them. The icing was great, but not very personable people like Candy's place.

Dropped by here while visiting historic Camden for a quick lunch, and it was delicious!!! Good basic sandwiches and burgers, but some with very interesting flavor twists as well. I highly recommend Grandma's Ham and Apple Croissant. The bean and steak soup of the day was fantastic!Kid-friendliness: High chairs and a kids' menu available for reasonable pricesParking: Gravel lot right off the street. Easy and flat.
