I placed an order for delivery on 03/14/24, the delivery driver, Valerie, called me stating that she could not find my house. I proceeded to give her directions as she talked over me as I tried to help her find my house. The phone/app she was using started going in and out while I was talking with her and then disconnected. I tried calling her back but got redirected to the store. I told the person on the line what the issue was and they asked for my address. After I told him I got an incoming call. Thinking it was Valerie, I told the CSR on the line that she was calling me back and to please hold. I answered the call and it was the driver. She was again telling me where she was at, but she was still going the complete opposite way that I instructed her to go. She did have an attitude with me like I'm the one who got her lost. She was unable to follow directions because (to me) she had already given up on finding my house. The phone on her end, cut out again and she did not call me back. I tried calling her 3x after that and texted her that I would meet her at a convenient location to pick up the pizza ( which why did she not think of that), but instead, she had already headed back to the store. I know this because she called finally after I already left the house to go meet her less than a minute away. When I got to Domino's , she was not apologetic, but instead blamed me for not including directions. She handed me my pizza that I paid online for. I told her I was going to wait and see if they would remove the delivery fee. She went to talk to a manager ( I guess, the person did not acknowledge me until she had to ask for my credit card) . The woman who I assume was the manager asked me for my credit card that I used. I told her I didn't have it because I was not planning on just making a quick stop at the location to get my pizza from the driver, I didn't plan on coming to the store. She then said "we can't let you leave with the product without payment". I was like, "I did pay." She then proceeded to say that she voided the order!!! Why was this not communicated BEFORE you took that action??? So I wasted time and gas for absolutely nothing! Oh well, I did get snide remarks about putting directions on the website or put "call before you come" in the directions. I honestly hate Camden Domino's because they show no customer service or accountability whenever they mess up. This was the VERY last transaction I will ever have at this Domino's. This is not the first or second negative interaction I've had at Camden Domino's. Their management is trash/pretty much non existent. No wonder the employees come and go like a revolving door. Poor leadership. They offered nothing in compensation, they offered no apologies, and then I didn't even get the pizza! Papa John's and Pizza Hut from here on out.

Ruined my families night when we ordered a pizza and they never delivered it. Called 3 times. Each time they made some excuse and said the pizza would be there soon.

If I could put less than one star I would. Food is fine it’s the people who work there who aren’t. Not professional at all, you’ll catch employees outside buying and selling weed, then follow them in and they start making pizzas without washing their hands or wearing gloves right after buying, selling or doing drugs right outside, delivery drivers are horrible drivers and cut out in front of people dangerously and take pictures of other peoples cars. If you call to check on your order because it’s taking so long, you’ll get cussed out. Tony will take and steal money from you as well, so I don’t suggest being around him with money or allowing him to be your cashier because he may rip you off for money. These people don’t know what they’re doing.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I rarely order out, I was treating myself on Friday 1/12. I watched the driver slow down in front of my place, I flagged him down, and he totally ditched and went on his merry way and actually delivered my order to another apt. I called the store immediately and spoke with the "mamager" on duty who actually asked me if I wanted to cancel my order..... you mean the one I didn't get which someone else is now enjoying??? Well you can't really cancel an order that's been delivered...BUT I'd like to be refunded my $28. Didn't offer me a coupon or free food next time. I worked in hospitality for 22+ years. HORRIBLE customer service, I understand times have changed, you should still always give 100%+ in the hospitality industry as this is really how you make your money. It's now 1/23 and I still have not been refunded for the $28 which posted to my account on 1/15

These poor folks just can’t get it right. They’ve gotten our order wrong (like very wrong) the past 3 times we’ve ordered. We called about our wrong order and they didn’t help or try to make it right in the slightest. And if you order delivery, I recommend ordering at least 2 hours in advance or be prepared to wait a good while for your order.

This Dominos in particular is astonishingly slow and bad. We ordered online today and received the wrong product. When I called to ask for either a refund or replacement, I was on hold for 10 minutes and their answer was that I can bring it in to swap it out…as if I was lying.So we aren’t going back to this Dominos anymore.

They made me give a star to write this review. If I could have given zero I would have. Placed a 50$ order at around 5ish. Waited 2 hours before calling back to try and resolve the issue with the delivery. Waited 2 more hours before calling again and demanding a refund. Their excuse was that "the lady who took our call never told them the address ". So they were going to keep our money and never deliver our food. Worst experience ever. Probably won't spend my money there again.

Honestly, this Dominos leaves a lot to be desired. If we had another convenient pizza place nearby, we’d pick that over this place any day. The staff are always friendly and apologetic, but it is always *slowwww* here, and our order is often wrong. Today, we waited at the carside pickup for what felt like forever. The app said our order was ready for a good while before I ultimately had to go inside to find out what was going on. It wasn’t ready. Took another 10-15 mins for it to be ready.The store is short staffed. The store is always short staffed. I get it, but then they should limit deliveries or something. I don’t know. I also did see a girl use her phone and then go help make food without washing her hands or putting on gloves, which was a little icky.I know I’ll be back because there’s no other convenient pizza joints around, but I sure wish we had another option close by.

Made an order for delivery that never got delivered after waiting three hours with multiple calls to the location.Called the next morning, and whoever answered the phone really had the audacity to say "you should have called back yesterday".This location is trash. Best to go elsewhere for pizza if you can.

We've had many issues but tonight we waited over 2.5 hours for delivery. Lied to never delivered then when we go up there told our business isn't needed. Never order from this store if you actually want your pizza

Placed an order for delivery. Added a tip for the driver. Received a call stating that can't deliver. I stated we could pick it up but would appreciate a refund for the driver tip. She would not refund the tip and I asked how could we remedy this by adding a drink or breadsticks to the order. She said no and the girl cancelled the entire order. Horrible Customer Service. Will never use again !!
