“stopped through here on my way to NC. The owner was so nice and very helpful her helper that was in their was also very polite and helpful. The protein shake I got was absolutely delicious. I had the Salted Carmel Peanut Butter cup. I also had to try one of their teas with the collagen boost added they offer a variety of flavors and combo's their teas hydrate you boost your energy levels and they taste absolutely AMAZING. I'll definitely keep this place in mind next time I'm traveling through. Camden SC“

“The entire crew always greets me with a smile, and are eager to assist me with getting the perfect pick me up! The teas are to die for, the parfaits and smoothie bowls are always refreshing and filling, and the donuts on Thursdays really make you feel like you are getting a treat, but are guilt free. You could not ask for a more fun and inviting environment.
