Me and my family drives hours to meet here for many years after Christmas to have lunch and exchange gifts. We visited this week on Wednesday upon arrival we went in and sat down the older lady with the pink hair smacks her lips and rolled her eyes at us then marches to the table to tell us you have to get up and order up there. So we ordered. Once we got our pizzas we was told they didn’t have any plates so she gave us napkins to eat on but the other table that was their before us had plates and the table after us had plates. So I questioned the lady about it and was told they had to get them out the shed !! I’m confused at this point. This place has went down horribly and the toilet in the bathroom comes off the floor when you flush it. Overall the food was good but the customer service sucks !!!

The food is how you imagine any Pizza Hut. The staff? They are meh. If you call to make an order, you will be lucky if the phone doesn't conviently disconnect. We had asked what the specials are. After we were told, I said, "That is great! We will go ahead and do that!" I then proceeded to order. When I was told my total, I thought it was weird. It was twice as much as it should have been. I assumed it must come off when I go in to pay. My husband goes to get the food, and they tell him, "You have to ask for the special." He insisted that we did. So, the girl tells us she has to go get the manager to change it. OK, fine. The manager (who was out back smoking) claimed the system was down. Basically, sorry about our luck. The first time this happened, shame on me for not questioning it. The last time? Shame on management! Not only have you not properly trained your staff to take accurate orders, but you downright refused to make it right. I travel 25 minutes to get pizza (ANY pizza bc of where I live). I guess I will give Bishopville a whirl now. Thanks, Camden Pizza Hut. You have disappointed me for the last time.

They obviously don't want dine in customers. The service was horrible. Our pizza did come the way we ordered it and hot. Just don't expect fountain drinks or eating utensils.
