OMG, what could go wrong at Sam Kendall's? Nothing. Ever. Arrived very early (4:30 for drinks), then ordered Shrimp and Grits b/c the byline was 'a different take' on the classic menu item. Wonderful experience. Called and spoke with Michelle who ended up being our server. Told her we were on our honeymoon (which we were) and the excitement t hat she displayed made me know instantly we were in the right place.the service was great and the food was even greater! Will definitely be returning!

What a wonderful find!!! Love the atmosphere in this place. A friend and I stopped in for a quick lunch. We both had the Tomato Basil Crab Bisque soup (which was incredible) and salads. We were in a hurry after waiting 45 minutes at another local restaurant only to find our order was never put in. The waiter here was so accommodating. Highly recommended!
