After another baker cancelled days before my birthday, The Mad Batter was recommended. Not only were they able to squeeze me in last minute, but the cake was beautiful. The flavor was fantastic. You can tell quality butter was used for the buttercream as well. 10/10 will use them again!

Jenny and Mackenzie are super friendly and helpful. Every single cake, cookies, brownies, etc. has ALWAYS been tasty and delicious! Jenny goes above and beyond with the cake design and decorations. Store is always been clean and brightly decorated. Prices are fantastic as well. The Mad Batter is TOP NOTCH!

I don't like to leave bad comments, but, the brownie I bought had icing on it, which makes it way to sweet. And the cupcakes icing was dried out and hard. I was really disappointed. It tasted like one of the cakes in the supermarket. I would look into a better way of storing the cupcakes. Maybe an air tight container.

This review is a couple weeks late….Went in a couple weeks ago when they had White Chocolate Cupcakes( my absolute favorite) and I have to say hands down the best white chocolate cupcake I have ever had! Can’t wait for them to make them again!

I can only speak for the cupcakes, they were fine but very basic. Every “flavor” I had was just a vanilla cake base (tasted boxed) with a vanilla buttercream and some sort of sprinkle of the flavor. For example, cookies and cream was a white cake with vanilla icing and half an oreo on top. They weren’t gross just disappointing, no fillings or anything to make them special. I’d rather buy store bought, tastes the same for half the price.
