This location is either 5 stars awesome or 1 star terrible, My wife loves the grilled chicken sandwich so we deal with it. If you come at the right time of day then the staff is amazing and food is great

I never leave a review but for years it’s been an off and on problem with them having rude employees. They are gonna rush you, be rude, get your order wrong and then get an attitude about it. Stresses you out first thing in the morning. They’ve had some sweet people work the window a few times but for the most part I deal with someone rude taking my order and at the window.

Ordered thru the drive thru and from the start of me ordering the associate was VERY RUDE. She did not greet me or repeat my order back. Just gave me the total.So..I drive up hoping she heard everything I had requested, as I go to pay for it..she STILL hasn't said anything.. just stared at me until I paid. The transaction was completed and she shoved my food at me and shut the window. .That was incredibly RUDE! I will NOT be back if that is how customer are going to be treated.

Just had breakfast and can not say enough about the employees !! So sweet and professional!! Food was hot and delicious and the entire place was spotless!! Super fast service and they were busy!! Love the south and those yummy biscuits!!

Got a ton of black bits in my fountain drink. The manager (female - don't know her name) didn't seem to care. Their ice machine is clearly nasty. Inside was clean otherwise, but it has just been renovated, so I don't expect that to last.
I had no idea what bojangles was going to be, I just kept seeing them around and decided to stop by.Basically, it's like Popeyes, except maybe not as good. It's typical fast food, good chicken strips, fries, and biscuits. I'd like to compliment their Arabic coffee, it was actually really good and strong for drip coffee.Parking: Plenty of parking.

First time at this restaurant chain. A local friend told me what to order and it was great. The biscuits are a strong contender to KFC.
Got hired on at Bojangles on Charleston Highway could not make it in on my first day because my credit card got hacked and I could not get my uniforms called in 3 hours in advance to tell them I could not make it in called back to get schedule sayed I was on not on schedule I complete all my new hire paperwork tho manager was late on both interviews never showed up on first interview tried to call cooperate no response way to treat new hires store 579 on Charleston highway
Employees are very short. There is a few nice ones, but most seem to hate their job. We hardly ever get a straw with our drinks. Service is fast, but sometimes to fast. Give customers time to order and not feel rushed!
