Professional bartending has really fallen. They were great when they first opened and they have a great cocktail spot and competitive advantage in the area but their bartenders struggle. I had to repeat my order and what I wanted in it 3x's. This is not isolated. Love going there, would like to cocktail there more often, but I want a better experience from the bartending staff.
Seated on time and quickly. Offered drink immediately. Steve, our server was pleasant and friendly. Pimiento cheese fondue was an excellent appetizer. Entree, rib eye done medium, was perfectly cooked with a blue cheese crusting. Our dessert, the chocolate on chocolate cake was enough for 2 and then some. Overall, our experience was excellent. Thank you Chapin Chophouse!!
