Excellent: Fried chicken and iced teaGreat: Service with a smile! ?Not so good: Out of several sides, did not include condiments I asked for which made for a bland meal overall.Parking: Road construction is currently making the entrance challenging, but this is temporary. Staff must stay customer-centric, always listening and following through. I asked for a few condiments: butter, honey, got sauce but hot none! ??
This Bojangles on Columbia Ave in Chapin, along with Newberry Bojangles (same Block as Newberry Walmart) are Wonderful! Super Impressed that the Employees give Service with a SMILE and truly aim to Please while projecting Good Attitudes. Chicken was good. Receive a a half order of the cole slaw with our family sized meal. The gravy for the potatoes was totally left off. Too late to do anything about it once we arrived back home to serve the meal. Deal breaker not to get what you pay for. One and done for us.
